The staff was great! The room was clean but there was duct tape on most of the floor where tiles were being replaced. We were not told about this until check in. There was a bad smell in the room too and all of us woke with headaches and stuffy noses. The smell stayed in my CPAP for a couple of days unfortunately. The breakfast was not something we would normally eat so we skipped and went to Chick-fil-A which was next door. It was just an overnight so doable but if we were staying for longer we would have gone someplace else.

All rooms have flooring tiles being replaced so temp panels are taped together and pose a fall hazard. Staff does not offer water bottles unless u ask at the front desk. Laundry lounges and fitness center as well as pool are the best parts.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived at the hotel late, and when we entered our room, we immediately noticed that the flooring was in poor condition. The floors appeared to be held together with duct tape, and some of the flooring was coming up. We were told what time breakfast started, but we were never told what time it ended. As a result, we missed breakfast by only 15 minutes, which was frustrating and could have easily been avoided with clearer communication. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the condition of the room, lack of communication regarding breakfast, and uncomfortable beds made for a disappointing stay. We expected better and would not be in a hurry to stay here again.
