The property is currently under construction. Nowhere on the website does it say that the picture shows this beautiful courtyard with trees and seating and kind of like an outdoor environment but indoors/Central Park look. When you get to the property, it’s completely under construction; everything is dirt. The pictures were misleading a little bit disappointed if I was told that that was not existing anymore, I may have chosen a different location.

The room was nice. Construction in the center looks like it will be nice when done. Asked for 1 hour delay on checkout they said no to me but yes to others?

This hotel is torn up. They used to have a pleasant little stream with trees and big goldfish (coi?) in it, and it's being renovated right now. The rooms are great, but currently the center of the hotel is a disaster area. I would advise waiting until they are done with the remodel. They should be giving huge discounts currently, which I don't think they are! (Hopefully, they are going to bring it back close to what they had. It used to be a wonderful place to stay.)
