close to the Lake, Restaurants and Walmart. Breakfast was okay. Con: first room ended up being under construction. 2nd room had missing towels, after asking for it.

Upon arrival, I saw a large "For Sale" sign in front of the hotel, prompting suspicions that were only later confirmed. On the way to my room I passed a man sitting in a plastic chair outside of what was apparently his room, grilling on a weber grill he had setup just in front of his room. Yes, a charcoal grill, cooking himself dinner. I later realized much of the hotel was rented out to long-term renters - it seemed many were construction workers, who felt so comfortable being at the hotel that they routinely just left their front doors open so when a regular guest walked back and forth, you had to turn your head to not look into their rooms. They did this a lot at night, so they could talk back and forth between rooms and stand on the balconies and smoke. Upon arrival, I proceeded to the restroom, where the door was literally off its hinge, and if you wanted to fully close the door, took some lifting and body slamming in order to get it to close. But upon doing this, you realized you only had a few more actual door closes before the whole door would pop off. Even better was the unpleasant surprise of an unflushed toilet full of yellow urine and a rather large cigarette butt; large enough to make me wonder if it would successfully flush. Of course, it was a non-smoking room. I then realized the pass-through door to the adjoining hotel room adjacent to mine was fully unlocked, which immediately gave me the creeps. The AC worked tho. And I got my security deposit back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was not available on arrival. They never even contacted me to tell me. Was forced to find another booking. Was promised a full refund but never followed through. They advertised a pool. Pool was almost empty with pizza boxes floating in it! This place is the worst! The company did not refund me as promised. I would not use them again.
