The property is beautiful. It’s located in ornos. About a 10-15 min ride to the town. And about 15-20 min to the beach clubs. The thing that sets the hotel apart from the others is the service. I’ve never been to a more hotel with more attentive staff. The breakfast is incredible. Has everything, that is a must get. The pool area is beautiful. The valet which is free is a great touch. Everyone is great from Alex, Athina, Nelli and Manos. There are more to name just can’t name everyone. I would recommend this property if you don’t want to stay in town. It’s a 3 min walk to ornos beach. They have free valet parking, Dimitri is the best. Really enjoyed my time. Great people and the best breakfast period.

The hotel itself is amazing, room was great, breakfast is so good and lots of variety. Just some general feedback of a few issues we had/things to know. Nelly and the reception we got was fantastic, the tour and the free drinks were awesome! We were told it was €36 each way by transfer to Mykonos town. You can get the bus from Ornos Beach (8 min walk) for €2 each and it is a 6 min drive. So do not waste your money on that. We were originally put in the wrong room. I had paid for a supreme room, eternal pool and sea view. They tried to put us in a junior suite with a plunge pool. When i informed them the room was wrong and even showed the booking information they just said all the rooms were the same and it was guest preference. I had paid significantly more to get that type of room. Luckily they had a room available of the type i paid for. The cleaning team try to get into your room a lot to clean it, which is great but can be annoying. Even when you put the DND sign on the front they still come in. The pool was freezing which was a shame and made it almost unusable, but apparently it warms up into August.

It was beyond words the best stay we ever experienced. The staff couldn’t do more for us. A special thanks to Nelli and Melina who made us feel like family. The breakfast experience was equally as wonderful with staff and offerings. Also our room had a dreamy private pool and the suite had every amenity you could imagine. We must go back! Highly recommend the best stay of your life.

The property is beautiful, spacious, quiet and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with them at all times through WhatsApp. Because the hotel is quiet, it is a little more remote, 10 minutes from town. But I see this as a positive and not a negative and why we choose this hotel. Taxis or private transfer is the main way to travel. We had daily breakfast and enjoyed the a la carte menu. They also have a buffet but wasn’t hungry enough for the buffet. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a beautiful property and I would recommend it to anyone. I love that it’s not too far from town, just a quick drive, but it so peaceful and tranquil. I also love that they would clean our room multiple times through out the day. The staff is amazing and so accommodating. Kudos to that team!!

Le séjour à été superbe, l'environnement est magnifique, la piscine au bout de la chambre éclairée la nuit est une excellente idée, le personnel est trés sympathique le service en salle et pour la piscine est impeccable. A l'accueil le personnel essaie de tout faire pour que nous puissions passer un excellent séjour. Donc merci à tous pour ça. La seule ombre au tableau concerne le nettoyage des chambres qui doit être amélioré. Nous avons du réclamer 2 fois la recouche. Nous avons utilisé les 3 dosettes de café sur les 2 premiers jours, ils n'ont pas été évacué de la Nespresso, et les dosettes neuves n'ont pas été rajoutée (elles étaient peut être payante...). Enfin, le choc thermique entre la climatisation et la chaleur extérieur rend les sols de la chambre humide et glissant...attention aux glissades.

There is nothing we did not like. This is a superb hotel ,exceptionally well run with a well trained and extremely accommodating staff. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The location at first seemed a little out of the way but the hotel has cars to take its guests to and from anywhere one wants to go and it is walking distance to the many restaurants at Ornos Beach . area. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Overall this newer hotel is superb and is highly recommended.

Aeonic Suites & Spa is a new resort that is modern and still maintains the design of the Cyclades. The space is very clean and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are quite spacious as well. This place is so nice to relax and feel at peace. Each of the staff members are very welcoming and available for all your needs. I like that they use WhatsApp to communicate with you. If you need transportation into Chora, all you have to do is a send message and you get a response within seconds. It is really convenient that transportation to the hotel upon arrival and day of departure are complimentary. You have private transportation at your request and this makes for easy travels. The complimentary breakfast is also fantastic. You can have fresh foods from the buffet or you can order from the menu at no extra cost. The only negative about this property is that it's not technically in the heart of Ornos. You can easily walk to Ornos in 5 minutes and be outside of the Mykonos Bakery, but you have to pass through the lot where they gypsies park their watermelon trucks that they live out of. Overall, beautiful location and would recommend staying here.

My entire stay at this property was simply perfect, there wasn’t one thing about my stay that I would change. This property was the true definition of a luxurious 5 star hotel. The hospitality displayed during my stay was unparalleled. The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Gebäude ist Top. Die Junior Suite war allerdings keine 1900 Euro pro Nacht wert. Auch nicht für Mykonos. Lage schwierig. Nicht zu vergleichen mit einem Cavo Tagoo zum Beispiel welches in der gleichen Preiskategorie ist. Viele Dinge haben sich im Hotel leider noch nicht eingespielt. Von einem 5 Sterne Luxushotel in dieser Preiskategorie muss einfach man mehr erwarten dürfen. Es befindet sich noch nicht auf dem Niveau vergleichbarer Hotels weltweit. Das Potential zu einem Leading Hotels of the World ist aber ganz klar gegeben. Ich drücke dem extrem netten und zuvorkommenden Team alle Daumen das sie bald dazugehören werden und auch den Preis wert sind. Es ist aber noch sehr viel zu machen. Von vielen kleinen Dingen bis hin zu manchen großen. Unakzeptabel ist das der Room Service über 1,5 Std braucht für kleine Bestellungen. Schade ist das man im Restaurant und am Pool eigentlich alleine ist und im Hotel noch kein Leben stattfindet. Es wirkte zu teilen so als ob wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Aber das kann ja Vor und Nachteil sein. Alles in allem zusammengefasst. Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit allerdings noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Nichtsdestotrotz ein toller Aufenthalt dank dem extrem netten Team.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von aeonic Suites & Spa Mykonos. Diese waren alle so freundlich und entgefenkommenend auf eine professionelle, doch zurückhaltende, aber dennoch sehr aufmerksame, persönliche Art und Weise. Sogar die Fahrt zu scorpios wurde auf unseren Wunsch organisiert und wir wurden entspannt abgeholt, als wir wieder zurück wollten. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam bei Getränken und Speisen. Das Design des Hotels ist top. Sowohl die Außenanlage, als auch die Zimmer und das Spa sind minimalistisch Design technisch eingerichtet mit dem Auge fürs Design Detail (Accessoires, Einrichtung, Gestaltung)... Wir haben sogar bei der frühen Abreise ein Frühstück im Restaurant organisiert bekommen. Die Anlage ist auch ideal, da es in der Nähe vom Flughafen liegt, Mykonos Stadt ist gut zu erreichen und alle anderen Beach Clubs etc.einfach mit dem Taxi zh erreichen, da die Insel eh sehr überschaubar ist. Der Strand in der Nähe vom Hotel ist das Einzige, was nicht so schön ist, da er an der Straße liegt. Ein neues, top Hotel. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Danke an das gesamte Team.
