My mother was having ascending thoracic aorta aneurysm surgery requiring an extended stay. We were completely impressed with the customer service at this Residence Inn location in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Staff helped us book a longer stay due to circumstances at a great rate. The hotel staff was kind and courteous refreshing our room daily always offering their help with all our necessities. The room was comfortable, clean, and sheets were fresh. Lots of outlets for charging devices in each room, iron, iron board, and a hairdryer. Breakfast has a variety of choices with different options each morning. Clean dining area. Coffee isn’t offered all day but that’s not a deal breaker for us. Pool could’ve been cleaner but there was construction nearby and may have contributed to the film on the surface. Free laundry room with TV for entertainment during the wait and not to worry about quarters was a nice amenities.

This hotel was great! Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was well kept, the breakfast was very good, and our room was super clean. No complaints! Will stay here again if we were to ever be in Jonesboro again.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. We had a studio so plenty of room with a full kitchen and living room. Used the free laundry room and a great morning breakfast. Numerous restaurants within walking distance.

The room was beautiful. Had so much room with a living room kitchen combo and a door separating the two queen beds and bathroom! Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone was friendly. The pool outside is heated and a saltwater pool!

The hotel was beautiful everything was neat and clean however the elevator was out of service for several hours and my entire family was on the fourth floor. We were told there would be hot breakfast and we got up at 6 am for breakfast there was cereal and a bag of bagels thrown on the counter and a sign that read in observance of the holiday there would be no breakfast which was new to us because myself and several of my family members worked for Marriott Residence Inn over five years and hot breakfast was always available even on holidays. So I rate my stay 3 out 5.

Brand new hotel. We had never stayed in a Resident Inn and Suites before but we will be choosing them again. The wife and I loved the modern furnishings. Two large TVs. Outdoor pool. Food was great, lots to choose from. Friendly staff.

The staff at the front desk were so sweet and attentive every time we came and left, the room however must not have been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were mustache clippings around bathroom sink so it obviously had not been wiped off and the kitchen floor was sticky so it had not been mopped. It made me wonder what else was dirty?

Room was spacious, clean. We had a third person who slept on the sofa bed. There was no bedding but a note saying it was in the closet but it wasn't there. He was so tired from traveling he opted to just sleep on the sofa everything else was outstanding.

I got a suite. Very large and roomy. Had everything you could possibly need for a stay. Beds very comfortable. Smelled good. Not stuffy and old. Bathrooms huge!! Also had a separate dressing area with a mirror. Very convenient with five females. Will definitely stay again

Our room was clean and comfortable. The property itself seemed well maintained and clean. Our only issue was noise. we were on the fist floor and there were some "heavy walkers" above us. We also heard a small dog bark several times but we were asked if we would be ok with an adjoining room. my mistake. Overall a comfortable stay.

We stayed here one night traveling through the holidays. This is likely the nicest and cleanest place that I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. I cannot say enough about the employee at the front desk. He was there for a long shift and kept a smile on his face and was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great night of needed rest during our travels.

May have been the best hotel experience I’ve had! Hotel was new, clean. Room was great with many extras like the dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Every single person we came in contact with from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

I am embarrassed that I did not get the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was amazing. So extremely polite and helpful. I appreciated being welcomed in right when the doors were open. He was so quick to assist with all my questions and patient with explaining things to me. The hotel wa extremely clean and I loved my room, super spacious and for a great rate!!! We have family in Jonesboro so we stay in town around the holidays. There is NO other hotel that has the pricing, staff, and location like Residence Inn. We will continue to stay here for the next few years!!

Excellent property! Perfect for a space to house a family of five and have privacy. Separate room from the living space and micro kitchen was fantastic. Very clean and well laid out. Fantastic continental breakfast with many healthy options. Friendly staff. Would stay again!
