Stayed 1 night

I was excited to explore a new place but after check in, the very next day, things went awful. I stayed from October 6th-10th. I was repeatedly asked to ID myself "for the safety of the resort." I was watched and followed my staff throughout the property. I was even accused of bringing a pet although I registered my service animal. When I asked for a bit more time to checkout, I was yelled at by Lacie, told no, and hung up on. Then she kept calling me to rush me out. Jaime was the only kind staff member to me. Raintree even kept my deposit for hours after check out. They do NOT want Black people at their resort. I even had to make a noise complaint and a CPS report.

Stayed 1 night

The room and accomodations were great! Plenty of space as advertised, parking was a little unorganized but manageable. The groups main complaint was the string smell in the lobby. We get setting the mood and scene but sandlewood with a side of allergic reaction is not a good look. The sound was so loud as to be almost unmanageable during the check-in and traverse to the elevator. Thankfully, the spell did not permeate beyond the lobby. Thanks for the great stay, please tone down the welcome fragrance.
