Prime Boutique Hotel

Had a great stay at Prime Boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly particularly the gentleman who was there to great us when we arrived early hours of the morning…nothing was too much trouble and always helpful wil a smile. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Maids cleaned the room every day and was spotless 😊 we also had a sea view room which I highly recommend as the views over the sea and mountains was incredible. The hotel was conveniently located to access all the busy areas, such as the old town and beaches. The old town is easily walkable however we hired a moped so it was easy to get around to other beaches in Antalya. The hotel is in a quiet area which is nice to retreat from the busy town and has a beautiful park looking over the sea which is very busy at night. In addition there is a 24 hour 7 days a week cafe opposite which is hugely convenient and does lovely food. The pool area is perfect and quiet, plenty of sun beds. The breakfast is great and plenty of selection depending on what you want, from pastries to hot food. Also amazing view from the rooftop restaurant each morning. Thank you Prime and all the staff who made the stay so lovely, we will definitely return next time we are in Antalya 🤗

The room was spacious and the cleaners did a good job. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, some facilities are suspended, such as swimming pool or spa services, which aren't as described in the introduction page of Expedia. There is a giant pillar next to the bed which blocks the seaview. Although we have booked a seaview room, it's kind of partial seaview. There's no meat in the breakfast, except for sliced sausages. The only protein source is egg. Overall, the room is overpriced.

Although the sauna, steam room and spa are advertised they are out of use. The staff were excellent, but cleaning standards could have been better. Location is 10/10 and a taxi stand right outside, so convenient. Would stay there again but need to know it’s not as advertised.

Daha önce 6 sene evvel konaklamış olduğumuz bir tesisti. Lokasyonu, manzarasını, otoparkını, odaların büyüklüğünü ve kahvaltısını beğendiğimiz için tekrar geldik. Yine çok memnun kaldık. Antalyaya bir sonraki ziyaretimizde yine kalmak isteyebileceğimiz bir otel.

There was no pool bar or coffee shop as advertised in your advert. There was also no shuttle service from the airport as was advertised

Staff and location. Superb view from Sea view rooms overlooking the Mediterranean and snow capped mountain range. Good spa and Hamam facility and packages. BteNreakfast

Då vi anlände fick vi ett trevligt bemötande av hotellreceptionen då vi checka in trots det var mindre 1h till midnatt då vi anlände . Området ligger lite avsides men ca 10min från stan så orka man inte vandra så fungera ett utmärkt spårtrafik samt bussar smidigt hela tiden även sent på kvällarna och nattid. Rummet var fräscht och modern med lampor i skåpen och extra lampor i taket stort plus där . Härligt utsikt över sjön och kunna se bergen. Testa gymet som fanns på bottenplan det var dock inte som hemma men självklart helt godkänd få till en bra träning, finns dock ett annat gym tvärs över gatan om han skulle ha krav . Poolen och solstolarna var suveräna och den hölls rent vid stolarna och poolen som dem hade fullt kontroll över hanteringen av detta. Inte nog med att det var rent och fräscht så just 1 av städarna ska ha mycket cred det berätta vi för henne dock vet vi vad hon hette dock. Daglig städning och då städning inte behövdes knackades på dörren påfyllning av handduk & vatten i flaskor wow det kallar man service . Om jag lyfta fram något dåligt . Hm det skulle vara kylen den funkade men svårt att få kylen kall tror det standard i landet så var det även i matbutiken också som vi märkte dem ställen vi handla på. Av denna vistelse på Prime hotel tackar vi för denna trevliga vistelse på hotellet kan starkt rekommendera om man är ute efter modern och rent samt schysst pool att vistas vid.

This is the second time I have stayed at Prime Hotel and you truly can’t beat the value. It’s in a beautiful location close to waterfall with an outstanding view. There are so many nice restaurants and shops easily within walking distance and the train station is nearby. There is even small market right across the street. The hotel staff are all so nice and helpful, an absolute pleasure. The pool is clean and perfect for the summer heat. I will definitely be back to stay on my next trip to Antalya.

Nous avons passé une nuit là bas est c’était tout simplement fantastique. La propreté des lieux, l’amabilité du personnelle, le petit déjeuner (buffet), la piscine tout étaient incroyable. J’y reviendrais les yeux fermés. Un grand merci :)

My family and I enjoyed our four night stay at the Prime Hotel.The welcome at reception was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was good alternatives to the normal English breakfast, coffee was nice and Turkish tea was good. The view from the breakfast dining area is stunning and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and have a beautiful bathroom with shower that has excellent water pressure with beautiful sea views and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily by friendly staff. My teenage children enjoyed the gym and used it most days which was open 24 hours. The pool area is private and very nice the pool is kept clean and clean towels was always available. The staff at reception always helped with recommendations for beaches , directions , transfers shuttles and tourist activities. There is a beautiful beach deck across the road from the hotel which is well worth it, and we were lucky to get some passes one day from reception. The tram runs very 30 min pass the hotel and the stop is about 200 meters from the hotel, I was able to use my credit card for 5 passages and it cost about 20 TL per person. We used the tram to get to the others beaches and the Old city centre which has a wide variety of restaurants.The area is not that great, however it’s very well situated if you would like to get around with public transport and overall for me and my family we really enjoyed our stay at the Prime.

Hotel itself was nice and had a good view from the top floor, however our room was dirty when we checked in and the furniture was not like the photos at all. Disappointing arrival but overall the stay was OK.

The AC was not working in on entire floor upon arival. The fan was working but not the cooling. Control panel was inoperative. Asked to be moved to another room. Wood flooring bubling up in bath, entry. Base of shower black/moldy. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony. Nice pool. Friendly staff who tried to help next day. Stat turned out to be nice.

Albergo vecchio, poco curato in zona limitrofa al centro raggiungibile a piedi, ma abbastanza lontano. In camera la pulizia è scarsa, le lenzuola sporche che mi sono fatta cambiare subito, e il bagno è vecchio. La parziale vista mare è un piccolissimo spicchio e per il resto si vede il parcheggio! Anche la colazione non è un granché. Prezzo ingiustificato.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Prime Hotel! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen – direkt am Meer und nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders als unser Baby krank wurde. Ein großes Dankeschön an den etwas größeren Herrn – er war außergewöhnlich nett, empathisch und zeigte große soziale Kompetenz. Das hat uns sehr berührt! Die Bettwäsche duftete angenehm, und man stellte uns sogar ein Babybett ins Zimmer – das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Putzkraft war sehr freundlich und machte ihren Job hervorragend, das Zimmer war sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, und auch die Dame vom Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Antalya ganz sicher wieder!

Otel personeli malesef pek güleryüzlü değildi. Giriş çıkışlarda basit bir günaydın veya iyi günler demek pek zor olmasa gerek. Fazladan su istememizi resepsiyondaki beyfendiler tuhaf karşıladı. Oysaki ücretini ödeyecektik. Manzaralı deluxe odada konakladık. Odada yataklar rahat ve temizdi fakat, masalarda komodinlerde lekeler vardı. Perdeler kirliydi .Banyoda küf lekeleri vardı. Kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzet olarak biraz yavan geldi açıkçası.Ayrıca bardaklar temiz değildi. Otelin manzarası şahane ve genel olarak konforlu denilebilir fakat beklentimizi karşılamadığı için bir gün erken ayrıldık.

Odanın camları çok kirliydi;eşyalar eskiydi hijyen ortalama.Manzara + kahvaltı güzeldi.

Slidt og dårligt vedligeholdt. Poolen blev ikke rengjort i de 14 dage vi boede der. Der lå skrald og visne blade i bedene. Morgenmaden var frygtelig og frugten rådden, så vi spiste ude hver dag. A la carte restauranten var ikke åben overhovedet! Der blev kun fejet og vasket gulv på midten af værelset, ikke fyldt op af toiletpapir eller kaffe. Sæbe kommer i genfyldte beholdere, så vi købte vores egen. De øvrige gæster var helt uden manerer, råben, skrigen og boldspil i poolområdet og gjorde at man ikke havde lyst til at opholde sig på hotellets område. Det eneste gode ved dette hotel var at personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.

Nice sized room with a beautiful sea view

Modern and spacious room with large bathroom. Comfortable bedding. But the breakfast is just okay in terms of both variety and taste.

We had a good stay at Prime hotel which met all our needs. It was good value for a city hotel, being near a tram stop was convenient and we also used the buses, all very affordable. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view is lovely. It’s a shame the traffic noise is so loud but Antalya is a busy city. We will stay here again when we return. The staff were generally helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

I wouldnt say it was a bad experience , but it wasnt good either , it didnt feel like a 4 or 5 star , 1-Furniture was old and old school 2-The hair dryer was too weak 3-Ac stopped working once due to fault in wiring though it was fixed pretty soon after we complained 4-View from Rooftop was good 5-Toilet paper roll wasnt new it wasnt dirty but it was half used 6-The Rooms arent sound proof you can hear noises from outside

Das Hotel liegt ideal, um auch zu Fuß die Altstadt zu besichtigen. Mit einer Straßenbahn kann man auch in die Stadt fahren. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar.

Einige Sachen könnte erneuert werden! Keine Bügeleisen und Brett im Zimmer.

Breathtaking breakfast view with variety of healthy food options. Loved our stay with spacious sea view room. However an only downside is the room service. The cleaning lady would always clean the half of the floor and rest was always dirty with dust on which was just very frustrating traveling with a toddler. Front service is very welcoming and helped with our needs. Location is very good with walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Totally recommend and will stay here again.

You can get amazing skyline views of Antalya from the room (only seaside view rooms). Breakfast is good. Reachable from most of the touristy places in antalya.

Excellent location, very vibrant neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The sea view in the morning during breakfast was marvelous. Would highly recommend and stay here in future.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich okay. Das Hotel ist aber niemals seinen Preis wert. Der Frühstücksbereich war schmuddelig (die Balkonscheibe war schmierig, Pfefferstreuer verstaubt, die Tischdecken löcherig etc.) und die Auswahl klein, nicht wirklich frisch und generell nicht so, wie man es bei einem Hotel zu dem Preis erwarten würde. Vor allem habe ich mich aber wegen eines Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption unwohl gefühlt. Er hat mich spät Abends auf meinem Hotelzimmer angerufen sowie auf meiner Handynummer (die ich beim Check-in hinterlegen musste und was nicht für private Zwecke gedacht war!) und mehrmals gefragt, ob wir uns Abends treffen. Ich fand es super umprofessionell und belästigend. Meine Fragen zu öffentlichen Transportmitteln in Antalya wurden ignoriert. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, ich würde aber eher ein Hotel entweder in Strandnähe (vom Prime Hotel muss man min. 1 Stunde zum Strand laufen) oder direkt in der Altstadt nehmen. Der Pool hier ist recht klein, die Bar war nicht besetzt und generell ist er zwischen lauten Hauptstraßen gelegen.

Prime Hotel is located on the tram line just 10 min walk to Kaleichi. Restaurants and parks are a short walk. Our stay was 18 nights, and staff felt like family when we departed. The concierge was very personable and respectful offering tour recommendations, ordering food delivery, sending out laundry. Our bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean.

We really appreciated this lovely hotel and great staff. It was our honeymoon and the team made it extra special upon our arrival. Would happly recommend!

It’s a good hotel. It’s not close to anything so have to take a taxi/tram or walk ~15-30 mins to go the market/beach

Central location

We had a good stay at Prime hotel which met all our needs. It was good value for a city hotel, being near a tram stop was convenient and we also used the buses, all very affordable. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view is lovely. It’s a shame the traffic noise is so loud but Antalya is a busy city. We will stay here again when we return. The staff were generally helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

It is closer to the historic tram line of Antalya and next a park where locals spend their evening time. And at a short few minutes walk, there are few nice coffee shops and bakery. A local shopping boulevard is also nearby. The hotel has a terrace that offers breakfast and dinning. All in all, it is a nice hotel.

Antalya merkezin yogunlugundan uzak ancak merkeze oldukca yakin konumlanmis, kaleici yurume mesafesinde. temiz, nezih ve guleryuzlu hizmet aldik.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Hotellet hade bra läge nära till spårvagnslinje och nära till flygplatsen. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga när man frågade de om något. Rummet hade jätte fin havsutsikt.

Det var en fantastisk oplevelse! Virkelig god service, renligheden er i top, og så er der fremragende morgenmad med en bred vifte af muligheder. Udsigten fra terrassen, hvor morgenmaden kan nydes er mildest talt magisk! Hav og bjergudsigt. Desuden er hotellet placeret i en gåafstand fra midtbyen, og tæt på alle de seværdigheder, som vi besøgte.

While I did enjoy my room and the view from it, this property has become incredibly run-down. It should not be listed as 5 stars. It’s in major need of updates and renovations. On the up side, the breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room was a gorgeous was to start my day. Ultimately for the price versus quality ratio, I will not be returning.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great as you can walk to town. The breakfast was good too and the view was amazing from the rooftop. It would have been nice if there was a bit more variety in the breakfast as everyday was quite repetitive. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
