The elevator didn’t work. We were told to park in the big lot and use the other entrance near the staircase to get to our room. The keys didn’t work to unlock the door to that staircase so we had to lug our luggage all the way back to the front of the motel and the schlep our stuff up to the second floor. The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water. They still provide aspartame cancer causing sweetener for their coffee. The front desk clerk was nice.

Everything was great except for two minor problems. First we put in for a 5 am wake-up call. We had to be somewhere by 8 am. They never called and we woke up at 7 am. We were late getting to our destination and missed our appointment. The second was large trucks had parked in a way that used up multiple parking spaces. This left no parking near the motel. We had to park at some adjoining businesses and haul our luggage back to the motel.

Staff is incredibly kind and efficient. Breakfast is nice. There were some items in my room, broken valance, broken stool an ripped carpet, Noticeable items in the hallway as well. Lastly the jacuzzi and pool both need resurfaced, badly damaged and damaged my swim suit. I recommend Desert Paradise pools in your area.

The pool and hot tub didn’t work which I find convenient when the hotel is sold out. Breakfast starts later on the weekend?? Why would you do that when most people with kids are traveling here for sporting events!! Lastly when I went o get bedding for our pull out couch they had NO PILLOWS how does that even happen?!?!

The TV was rather small, and did not have Netflix - nor could I cast from my phone to the TV to get Netflix or other streaming services. The pool & hottub that were outside were filthy and did not look inviting to get it (very green and gross!). We did not try the continental breakfast. The best were pretty comfy, but the pillows were sort of strange; square pillows instead of rectangular.

Place is getting old and showing its age. Things are kind of "shabby," the furniture in the room is not very comfortable, the bed is, however. On the plus side it does not smell funky like some older hotels do. The staff was very nice and friendly. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned to we went right back downstairs and they did have a clean one for us. Free breakfast was decent.

There was a “white stain” on the bed skirt and a “stain” on the toilet seat. There was also ketchup on the outlet somehow? Couch also had a stain so we were afraid to sit on it. Pillows and bed were comfy though

Friendly and professional front desk staff. However, the room was dirty. Hair from previous guest in shower, surfaces not cleaned, and what appeared to be blood on window curtain. Your front desk staff is amazing. Please upgrade this facility to match your amazing front desk!

Rooms are decent. The wall AC units are ineffective and sooooo loud. Got zero sleep. The kids running the hallway at midnight didn't help either. Hotels need to install the slow close doors. Everyone slams them with no regard for others.

The location was convenient and they had rooms to accommodate our family of 6 which was great. The room itself is adequate but small (like move the desk chair to be able to convert the couch to a bed small) and the footstools need to be replaced as the fake leather is chipping off. BUT the beds were comfortable, AC ran cold, and the kids enjoyed the pool after a day of travel.

Wow, what a find! I needed a quick hotel for just one night in town. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. We had one of the larger king suites…it was huge. Big comfy bed, nice big bedroom and bathroom. The living area was big enough for 4-5 people to relax in. We didn’t have breakfast or really use any amenities because we had an early morning departure. But if you need a bed to sleep in and a hot shower near dining and the 10 freeway, this is a good place.

Upon arrival I received immediate poor customer service. "Betty" (Lady at the front desk) seemed to be having a terrible night. Definitely felt the need to take out her frustration on costumers. Very unnecessarily rude. It\'s disappointing because we travel quite often, and Comfort Inn is one of my favorite places to stay. Brought it to the morning shifts attention. I wish I would have caught her name because she was amazing and super helpful. She also informed me that they do NOT have an employee by the name of Betty. Her actual name us Karen.

Not every staff was awful - however our window was wide open when we finally settled and called. It couldn't be fixed. We weren't offered another room. 3rd floor unsafe a liability. We put a towel between where it couldn't close. We should of been fully refunded. Not a thing was done. The morning staff acted better but since we use Expedia nothing was done. I didn't sleep, it was noisy and I am hearing impaired so that's says a lot and it was cold we cranked the heater up due to the cold air coming into the window which wouldn't shut and no screen! Needs to be reported!
