First the check in process and communication with the property management company is fantastic! Super easy and quick! The stay was wonderful. We prefer less crowds and this end of the beach is quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and had all the basic needs. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is quite large and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is quite full with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds! Tight quarters. The bathroom was small if intending to support 4 people. But there is a nice half bath across the hall. Parking is well controlled but the spaces are tight. There is a long boardwalk to the beach which is wonderful! We brought a wagon which was SO nice when hauling everything to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

It was unavailable this year and we were fortunate to be able to find another condo available which face both the Backwater and ocean front and absolutely loved it as we always do there. The condo was sufficient and the balcony was absolutely awesome as we were a six adult and one child group. The room was actually ready much earlier than we expected so there was no waiting when we arrived in Orange Beach. Love staying on that end of the beach as it is quiet and uncrowded. Our 4-year-old loves the pools when tired of the beach. It is beautifully landscaped and really is a wonderful place to escape for a few days.

I booked this place because there were 3 of us attending a medical conference nearby. The hotel where the conference was was sold out, as was their "partner" hotel. This place was closer than any other hotel and the fact it had 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was perfect. The check-in process was pretty seemless, coded door entry, if I were forced to offer one gripe, it would be that the door code is a bit long, I had to look it up on my phone every time I had to get in. That said, once we entered, it was great. It was SUPER clean, well stocked with towels, and enough amenities to get you though a day or two. The complex had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and great access to the beach, and it ALSO has in indoor pool, indoor hot tub, a small steam room and a small sauna. Great for when the weather doesn't cooperate. The balcony at the room was great for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. It was also nice to have a common space for us co-workers. We could gether in the mornings, have coffee, and walk over to the conference together. I would 100% recocommend this place for vacation, or business travel. Well worth the money!

Love this place !!! The view is amazing and I loved having so many options for fun. You could fish in which I caught some great fish and then there’s the beach and pools . Also you can walk to restaurants . Definitely will be back to this condo .

During the process I would receive one communication from VRBO and another from Alabama Getaway and they did not match. I got a message saying I was scheduled to stay in another complex which was totally wrong. I should have been notified that the indoor pool was closed. I would not have stayed here. I had a 10 yo with me and she was looking forward to swimming. This could not happen. Dont think my family will use your service again

Without a doubt, this condo sparkled. It is lovely inside and has a homey, cozy feel. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with the basics. (Watch your toes on the bars stools. I think every one of us stubbed a toe or two.) Great location! Our only complaint is that the indoor pool was drained two days before our arrival. It's understandable that these things aren't communicated across HOAs, rental management, and VRBO, but an indoor pool was the top priority in our search for a condo during the winter months. Very disappointing. Alabama Getaway was super communicative and helpful during our stay.

I have stayed at Grand Pionte before, and this unit did not disappoint either! The building while full is very quiet, very clean, everyone was so polite, the view is spectacular, the pool is nice and the beach access is a big plus. We had a great time!

We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful time with our family. Grand Pointe is not huge so the pools and beach were never crowded. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the few items we mentioned would be helpful (not required) were brought to us the next day. We had a small issue with one shower and maintenance fixed it immediately. The views are amazing watching the boats coming in and out of the inlet and the waters were pretty clear. The communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was better than we have ever experienced with other properties and we truly appreciated that. I highly recommend this property/ condo and we look forward to booking again in the future.

My friends and I take a beach trip every September from Arkansas. This was our first time staying in Orange Beach and it was this unit on VRBO that caught my eye. It was spacious, clean, and had great views from all directions. Convenient to all the good places to eat. Bc of Hurricane Francine, we didn’t see the sun, but we made the best of it. We would love to stay in this unit again!

This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

We had to cut our vacation short because of the historic snowfall the area was going to receive. The place was clean, the rooms were great, the location was wonderful, and communication between renter and owner was spot on. We had an awesome time!!

We enjoyed our stay. Actually loved the view of the pass which was different. Enjoyed watching all the boats going in and out. The beds were all extremely comfortable. We appreciate the staff reacting quickly in regards to no Keurig available. That would have been a tough start the first morning. Appliances are dated and the water pressure in the shower is bad but other than that a good rental. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Thank you.

The condo is spacious and decorated well. We do have several issues. The rug in the master bedroom did not lay flat. I tripped on it several times. It is placed partially under the bed so I could not straighten it. The lighting in the 2 smaller bedrooms and the baths are very poor. The ice machine ice was frozen together so hard it was difficult to get ice. Overall, it is time to update.and freshen things.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and being able to walk to eat dinner if we wanted. I booked this place because there were 3 of us attending a medical conference nearby. The hotel where the conference was was sold out, as was their "partner" hotel. This place was closer than any other hotel and the fact it had 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was perfect. The check-in process was pretty seemless, coded door entry, if I were forced to offer one gripe, it would be that the door code is a bit long, I had to look it up on my phone every time I had to get in. That said, once we entered, it was great. It was SUPER clean, well stocked with towels, and enough amenities to get you though a day or two. The complex had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and great access to the beach, and it ALSO has in indoor pool, indoor hot tub, a small steam room and a small sauna. Great for when the weather doesn't cooperate. The balcony at the room was great for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. It was also nice to have a common space for us co-workers. We could gether in the mornings, have coffee, and walk over to the conference together. I would 100% recocommend this place for vacation, or business travel. Well worth the money!

Working with Alabama Getaway was a great experience. They were on time with every communication and answered all questions very quickly. I had no problem with checking in or out. Condo was decorated nicely and very clean. I will definitely use them again.

We had to cut our vacation short because of the historic snowfall the area was going to receive. The place was clean, the rooms were great, the location was wonderful, and communication between renter and owner was spot on. We had an awesome time!!

We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful time with our family. Grand Pointe is not huge so the pools and beach were never crowded. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the few items we mentioned would be helpful (not required) were brought to us the next day. We had a small issue with one shower and maintenance fixed it immediately. The views are amazing watching the boats coming in and out of the inlet and the waters were pretty clear. The communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was better than we have ever experienced with other properties and we truly appreciated that. I highly recommend this property/ condo and we look forward to booking again in the future.

The complex is in a unique location. You have the beach directly in front of you, a rock wall, and get to watch the boats go in and out of the pass. This property is directly on the beach, but it’s at the “end” of the beach so it wasn’t near as crowded as the other properties next door. Fantastic! We had the best time and loved the little sandbar right in front of us. The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfy, felt safe, very nice lobby, elevators didn’t take forever. Our check in code didn’t work, but the owner answered right away and corrected. She was very nice. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

The view was amazing! You can see the Gulf, the boats going in and out of Perdido Pass, and Gulf State Park. The unit was very clean upon arrival! Check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would stay here again!

This property is in the best location is the orange beach/gulf shores corridor. The balcony view of the pass into the Gulf was stunning. The low occupancy beach was amazing. We were there on a busy spring break week and the Grande Point beach area was never crowded. The unit itself is larger than we were expecting. We will be staying here again!

Love this place !!! The view is amazing and I loved having so many options for fun. You could fish in which I caught some great fish and then there’s the beach and pools . Also you can walk to restaurants . Definitely will be back to this condo .

Overall the condo was clean, had a great view of the Pass and beach. The decor is dated and could use updating but it’s exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities for cooking. Everything was in working order with exception of garbage disposal. If you sleep with AC on colder setting you will need to take a blanket, there were none found in the unit. We have enjoyed vacationing in Orange Beach for many years and Grand Pointe condos is one of our favorite places to stay.

Grand Pointe is great condominium! We've stayed here for many years. However, we weren't impressed with this particular unit. After talking with various other guests, we've realized that the units now owned by "Liquid Life" aren't as nice and well maintained as the units that are rented directly by their owners. It was fine, but nothing special, and it was definitely overpriced. The furniture is in a good condition for its age, but it's old and very out-dated. The decor is dark and lacks a fresh appeal. The master bed is too tall, and something was "off" about the guest bed that was advertised as a queen. It appeared to be more of a "full". The small, cheaply made toilets would have been better suited in a daycare. the linens were thin and cheap, and there weren't enough of them for more than 1 use for a family of 4. This isn't the worst place I've stayed, but definitely not the best, either.
