Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed eten en ruime keuze! Accomodatie heeft een enorm aantal buiten en binnenzwembaden, prive strand en speeltuintjes. Een leuke kidsclub met lieve meiden. Enige minpuntje voor ons was het erg koude zwembad en gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld een glijbaantje of speelmogelijkheden in het zwembad. Wij hadden een huurauto en dat was erg fijn want er is niets op loopafstand vanuit het resort. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ook mede door het enorm gastvrije en vriendelijke personeel.

AMAZING!! From beginning to end we absolutely LOVED this place! We were given cold beverages while we were waiting to be shown to our room. I was even given a rose when we checked in! 🌹 We we’re taken to our room on a golf cart so we didn’t have to carry our bags far which was so nice! The food was great! The access to the private coves was so nice and there were multiple pools to swim in as well. We also loved the basketball and volleyball courts to stay active while on the resort. We hope to come back here soon!

It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely.

The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday.

Zimmer Bungalow war OK. Leider 3 Tage lang ein Problem mit Ameisen im ganzen Raum🤢. Wurde erst nach 3 maligen beanstanden in Ordnung gebracht.😒 Am 5 Tag ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht bzw. nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. Leider ist die Lage des Zimmers, Parterre und direkt vor einem allgemeinen Pool. Verpflegung und Auswahl waren sehr gut 😀Für ein 4⭐plus Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Am Empfang leider Niemand der Deutsch spricht.

Notre séjour était très agréable pour une première fois dans ce genre de complexe hôtelier. Buffet diversifié avec des thématiques tous les jours. Petit déjeuner spécial pour les personnes intolérante au gluten ou au lactose. Spacieuse, agréable, très belle vue, literie correcte, mais mauvaise isolation de la chambre. Nous entendions les bruits extérieurs, des chambres voisines à côté et au dessus de la nôtre. Salle de douche correcte mais chasse d'eau des WC très bruyante. Nous avions loué une chambre water front. Le personnel est très accueillant, du personnel de nettoyage à l'accueil en passant par le service de table.

Hôtel à 45 mn d'Héraklion, 20mn en voiture de Rethymnon, et 5 mn village de Panormos Un très beau complexe hôtelier ( il y a un autre Iberostar à côté). Très facile d'accès car à côté de la voie rapide mais pas de nuisance sonore. Pour se baigner, 2 criques sont en bas du complexe et une plage publique en dehors. Etablissement, jardins, piscine très propres et bien entretenus. Excellent accueil de tous le personnel. Chambre vue mer avec balcon , spacieuse, très bonne literie, calme. Petit déjeuner et diner en formule buffet , cuisine variée avec un grand choix. Très grand professionnalisme et recherche optimum de la satisfaction client . Pour mon anniversaire, j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir dans ma chambre , un gâteau + une bouteille de vin local. Félicitations à son manager Mr Orestis Kapetanias pour cette délicate attention et à tous ses collaborateurs. Nous étions 3 couples et à l'unanimité , nous conseillons cet établissement pour un séjour dans l'Ouest de la Crête

Hôtel type années 1990, mais très bien entretenu, chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre et jardins superbes. Nourriture très correcte, cocktails all inclusive bien fournis (vins à table médiocres par contre). Nous avons eu une chambre le premier soir qui était très bruyante (on entend beaucoup les chambres d'à côté et les gens qui rentrent, l'insonorisation n'est pas terrible. Néanmoins, après demande, ils nous ont attribué une chambre très calme (petit bungalow) avec une vue mer extraordinaire. Les transats et le look en général mériteraient un bon relooking.

The property of this hotel is massive, which is absolutely amazing. There’s so much to see and do at the hotel alone. The middle beach was lovely, and the variety of pools made it easy to find a chill place to swim every day. The food was also great at the buffet and BBQ restaurants, as well as at the Zorbas Tavern for lunch. However, the themed dinner at the Zorbas Tavern was awful. The food was absolutely randomly thrown together with no rhyme or reason. The staff at this hotel was also mostly unpleasant, with no desire to provide worthwhile customer service. Most of them appeared as though they didn’t enjoy being around people. The cleanliness of this hotel was also very concerning. Time and time again, we would find extremely filthy dishes and cups in the stacks of “clean” dishes and cups. The floors of most places were also often sticky and unpleasant. The majority of guests here are also unpleasant to be around, as they have no regard for those around them. They’ll make messes, leave trash everywhere, reserve lounge chairs that they’ll only use for an hour of the day at most — and the staff just let them get away with it.

The resort is a dream. It is unbelievably beautiful, green, with tropical trees (palms) and a very friendly staff. For us, this was a first time in such a huge resort. We were mostly positively impressed. A huge enterprise of staff in different roles are there to help and serve you. Many activities in the resort, although we mainly did not stay in the hotel at the day time, but you can. Mixed audience, both families with kids and young couples, or elderly couples. Mostly German, French, Russian and Polish. We had rented a car, so we mostly roamed in the island of Kreta. Food was delicious and the view on the terrace is amazing. The interior of the room feels old and used compared to the setting and view of the resort. This could have been and should have been improved / renovated. on the first day we had a hard time after finding some hair on the bedsheets, but the staff tried to help us by cleaning again.

Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed eten en ruime keuze! Accomodatie heeft een enorm aantal buiten en binnenzwembaden, prive strand en speeltuintjes. Een leuke kidsclub met lieve meiden. Enige minpuntje voor ons was het erg koude zwembad en gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld een glijbaantje of speelmogelijkheden in het zwembad. Wij hadden een huurauto en dat was erg fijn want er is niets op loopafstand vanuit het resort. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ook mede door het enorm gastvrije en vriendelijke personeel.

Hôtel type années 1990, mais très bien entretenu, chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre et jardins superbes. Nourriture très correcte, cocktails all inclusive bien fournis (vins à table médiocres par contre). Loved every second at this hotel. The staff are the stars of the show - nothing is too much trouble, aswell as the lovely new rooms, the gardens, the food, the view - outstanding. I don’t usually got to the same place twice but seriously thinking about coming again next year.

Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely.

The resort is a dream. It is unbelievably beautiful, green, with tropical trees (palms) and a very friendly staff. For us, this was a first time in such a huge resort. We were mostly positively impressed. A huge enterprise of staff in different roles are there to help and serve you. Many activities in the resort, although we mainly did not stay in the hotel at the day time, but you can. Mixed audience, both families with kids and young couples, or elderly couples. Mostly German, French, Russian and Polish. We had rented a car, so we mostly roamed in the island of Kreta. Food was delicious and the view on the terrace is amazing. The interior of the room feels old and used compared to the setting and view of the resort. This could have been and should have been improved / renovated. on the first day we had a hard time after finding some hair on the bedsheets, but the staff tried to help us by cleaning again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful views, beautiful hotel, good food and enough variety, very friendly staff and the most amazing animation team. We arrived quite late at night and the check-in went smoothly and there was even the possibility to get something to eat at the restaurant. One thing that was a bit overwhelming was the amount of information during check-in (opening-closing hours of different restaurants and kiosk, beach towels, etc), especially late at night and after quite a long trip. But the staff kindly explained everything again the next morning and there are also timetables in the elevators and an activities schedule on the screen downstairs. Things we had some trouble with were the sharp edges of the fence around the football field (a hole in the ball and a crying kid after less than 20 minutes) and the loud noise you would hear when the neighbours flushed the toilet. That was something unexpected the first morning, but after that we got used to it. Despite the (to us small) inconveniences, we had a great holiday and we will definitely come back.

AMAZING!! From beginning to end we absolutely LOVED this place! We were given cold beverages while we were waiting to be shown to our room. I was even given a rose when we checked in! 🌹 We we’re taken to our room on a golf cart so we didn’t have to carry our bags far which was so nice! The food was great! The access to the private coves was so nice and there were multiple pools to swim in as well. We also loved the basketball and volleyball courts to stay active while on the resort. We hope to come back here soon!

The property of this hotel is massive, which is absolutely amazing. There’s so much to see and do at the hotel alone. The middle beach was lovely, and the variety of pools made it easy to find a chill place to swim every day. The food was also great at the buffet and BBQ restaurants, as well as at the Zorbas Tavern for lunch. However, the themed dinner at the Zorbas Tavern was awful. The food was absolutely randomly thrown together with no rhyme or reason. The staff at this hotel was also mostly unpleasant, with no desire to provide worthwhile customer service. Most of them appeared as though they didn’t enjoy being around people. The cleanliness of this hotel was also very concerning. Time and time again, we would find extremely filthy dishes and cups in the stacks of “clean” dishes and cups. The floors of most places were also often sticky and unpleasant. The majority of guests here are also unpleasant to be around, as they have no regard for those around them. They’ll make messes, leave trash everywhere, reserve lounge chairs that they’ll only use for an hour of the day at most — and the staff just let them get away with it.

It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

We had several problems with getting lost at the property, no signs to orientation where you are. The management especially at night were constantly asking if we were lost again. We have been at other resorts in the Caribbean that were better laid out. But overall we had a family reunion with 36 people for our boy's wedding. Beautiful resort but need manager customer service review policy.

Hôtel type années 1990, mais très bien entretenu, chambre un peu vieillotte mais propre et jardins superbes. Nourriture très correcte, cocktails all inclusive bien fournis (vins à table médiocres par contre). Nous avons eu une chambre le premier soir qui était très bruyante (on entend beaucoup les chambres d'à côté et les gens qui rentrent, l'insonorisation n'est pas terrible. Néanmoins, après demande, ils nous ont attribué une chambre très calme (petit bungalow) avec une vue mer extraordinaire. Les transats et le look en général mériteraient un bon relooking.

It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

Séjour magnifique , il faut une voiture de location ou prendre le bus car l'hôtel est un peu à l'écart .Mais excellent séjour , avec un personnel parfait agréable et sympathique. Des repas variés et bons . Inoubliable .

The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday.

Zimmer Bungalow war OK. Leider 3 Tage lang ein Problem mit Ameisen im ganzen Raum🤢. Wurde erst nach 3 maligen beanstanden in Ordnung gebracht.😒 Am 5 Tag ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht bzw. nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. Leider ist die Lage des Zimmers, Parterre und direkt vor einem allgemeinen Pool. Verpflegung und Auswahl waren sehr gut 😀Für ein 4⭐plus Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Am Empfang leider Niemand der Deutsch spricht.

Heerlijk verblijf van 17 nachten gehad op dit resort. Op de dag van de aankomst, bleken wij de eerste gasten van het nieuwe seizoen te zijn en kregen daardoor een gratis upgrade naar een suite met zeezicht. Gevulde koelkast en hele nette suite. Dat was met 2 kinderen een heerlijke verassing! Schoonmaakster kwam elke dag, elke dag schone handdoeken, een net schoon bed, dát was alleen al vakantie! Smorgens en savonds aanschuiven bij een heerlijk buffet met elke dag een ander thema. Super goed eten en ruime keuze! Accomodatie heeft een enorm aantal buiten en binnenzwembaden, prive strand en speeltuintjes. Een leuke kidsclub met lieve meiden. Enige minpuntje voor ons was het erg koude zwembad en gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld een glijbaantje of speelmogelijkheden in het zwembad. Wij hadden een huurauto en dat was erg fijn want er is niets op loopafstand vanuit het resort. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ook mede door het enorm gastvrije en vriendelijke personeel.

Loved every second at this hotel. The staff are the stars of the show - nothing is too much trouble, aswell as the lovely new rooms, the gardens, the food, the view - outstanding. I don’t usually got to the same place twice but seriously thinking about coming again next year.

The property of this hotel is massive, which is absolutely amazing. There’s so much to see and do at the hotel alone. The middle beach was lovely, and the variety of pools made it easy to find a chill place to swim every day. The food was also great at the buffet and BBQ restaurants, as well as at the Zorbas Tavern for lunch. However, the themed dinner at the Zorbas Tavern was awful. The food was absolutely randomly thrown together with no rhyme or reason. The staff at this hotel was also mostly unpleasant, with no desire to provide worthwhile customer service. Most of them appeared as though they didn’t enjoy being around people. The cleanliness of this hotel was also very concerning. Time and time again, we would find extremely filthy dishes and cups in the stacks of “clean” dishes and cups. The floors of most places were also often sticky and unpleasant. The majority of guests here are also unpleasant to be around, as they have no regard for those around them. They’ll make messes, leave trash everywhere, reserve lounge chairs that they’ll only use for an hour of the day at most — and the staff just let them get away with it.

The property, room and staff were wonderful. The food, however, was not. Very limited options and on occasion not edible - mainly the chicken. Fish was mainly fine but they don't do a very good job deboning.

Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely.

Schönes Resort und durch die kleinen Bungalow sehr ruhig. Im Inkl Restaurant wäre eine bessere Organisation wünschenswert und das beim Abendessen wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser inkl wäre. Really enjoyed our stay, my kids loved it. The hotel is lovely and has the most beautiful sunset form our sea view bunglalow and the bar area. The food was great, the all inclusive options were fantasitc and such great value. The cleanliness of the rooms and everywhere was impeccable. Thank you! We will deifnitely be back

They offered us a fully new renovated room however was in front of hotel entrance. We saw ocean view from an angle. The non smoking room we asked was fine but 2 neighbors smoked. Biggest issue. No beach!!!!!! Lots of pools and hotel is more for families. Restaurants closed ala carte. Italian restaurant disorganized and food was awful. We left after 2 bites. Buffet closes at 9:30 pm they clear up at 9. Day buffet opens 12;30 and closes 2. No food left for late birds that go to beaches and shop or excursions. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. That’s why we gave it a good rating. Front desk disorganized upon checkin. No checkin counter. It’s a mess and you have to present your passport 3x cause 3 different people bounce you at around. This iberostar does not represent others we’ve been at.

We had several problems with getting lost at the property, no signs to orientation where you are. The management especially at night were constantly asking if we were lost again. We have been at other resorts in the Caribbean that were better laid out. But overall we had a family reunion with 36 people for our boy's wedding. Beautiful resort but need manager customer service review policy.
