Paid extra for breakfast and it was just a grab in go. Heated frozen meals only. Bar had very limited hours. No pool towels Bathroom door does not close in room so no privacy.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Bar, pool, pool tables, breakfast, etc. Everything was clean, staff was SO nice. They lock the doors at night so you just use your key card to get back in (very safe!). Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Arlington

We had a group of 7 stay for 1 night. 3 adults and 4 kids. I received an email regarded the cafe for breakfast to be closed, which was manageable. But I did not receive an email, text or call about the maintenance being performed on the pool. That was one of the main reasons we came to this hotel including the neat/fun games in the lobby. The kids were very disappointed. Due to this last minute inconvenience, we had to spend more money to take the kids away from the hotel for more entertainment. Had I known this prior to check in, I’d booked elsewhere or made arrangements for our evening. There were no discounts offered for the inconvenience. So I will not be returning again simply due to poor service.

The hotel was generally clean, however I called in the morning for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and nobody cleaned our room. No toilet paper, no clean towels and the garbage needed emptying. When I called the desk for clean supplies, the girl came up to give the supplies with attitude for no reason. Some staff were friendly most were not. The pool was dirty had straws and lids floating around in the pool not a pleasant experience.

This new or newly renovated hotel was excellent. Fun, interesting downstairs lobby with bar and plenty of places to sit. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Long story short after we returned to our room after the ATeez Concert it was 12/1 am. We were showering getting into bed when my niece noticed the pillows she was laying on had diarrhea looking stuff all over it. The part that upset me the most was when we contacted the front desk they tried to just change the pillows. NO you should offer to change ALL the LINENS on the bed. But by now I’m ready to get a refund and leave. Instead they offered complimentary “water/chocolate”…then upgraded our room to a suite and gave us a later check out time because all of this didn’t get settled until about 3 am. The staff was great, the hotel is beautiful and there was so much to do located around it. If it wasn’t for the dirty pillows I’d definitely have given them a 100/10 for a review. But the pillow situation really :( ruined my trip. I was just ready to go…I slept in my clothes on top of the cover and was just not feeling it after that.

The sheets were marked with what looked like dirt. They seemed clean, just stained. And they're was hair on my bed. Which i just brushed away. I'm not the kind to make a big deal out of that. Other than that it was a great stay.

It was the loudest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear full on conversations from the hallway, you can hear people walking so distinctively & LOUDLY that it wakes you up. Yeah, if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t stay here. There’s this weird & very loud knocking that is in the walls that I’m assuming is the water heater or the water? I don’t know, but everytime we or the room by us, either below or next door, this loud knocking would happen. The staff was nice though. It’s by The Mall & a McDonalds, so that’s good. But it’s such a loud hotel. Not very good sleep at all. The mattress was hard/very firm as well. My ribs actually hurt.

Stayed here while seeing a concert at Globe Life and we loved the hotel. Nice place, friendly staff. Great vibe. We loved it and would stay again. Something to take into consideration is the walls seemed thin unless our neighbor was just really really loud. Also, because the rooms are loft style the bathroom door does not shut all the way. Stays open about 1 inch. We asked the staff about it and they said all rooms were like that.

Rooms are set up like loft type. Definitely different. No true restroom area. Open concept. Walls not well insulated. I could hear guests on both sides of my wall, as well as hallway. Not idea if you’re wanting peace.

I booked the room 1 month in advance - specifying a room with 2 beds. I came to the hotel 2 hours before check-in to see if early check-in was available, but it was not. That was fine. I told the hotel that I would be back around midnight, and to not give away my room. When I returned at 12:30am, they no longer had any rooms with 2 beds - they gave away my room. The person at 1pm noted that I had prepaid through you and said things would be fine. Nope. The person at the hotel at 12:30am said they couldn’t help us. When I asked them to give me my money back, they said it would take a few days to process, then suddenly found a room with 2 beds that was on hold for someone else for early check-in the next day, but they needed to swipe my credit card again. I am now concerned that I will b double charged for this room - once through you and once through Aloft/Marriott.

Check in was sub par. The young lady didn’t see me at first, so it took a minute. Once she began to help she was not able to activate my room key so I had to wait until another young lady could help. So I had to wait after two people was helped before I was checked in. It did not make me feel like I wanted to come back.

Our stay was amazing not only due to the cleanliness of the hotel but enhanced by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The gentleman running the desk at night was the kindest and most personable person I’ve ever interacted with at a stay. Overall fantastic stay!

We arrived for a concert at about 430 PM, check-in was 3 PM. There was a line out the door to check-in and they said a lot of rooms were not clean.... We finally got to the front and they couldn't find my reservation at all.. I think they overbooked and were trying to free up a room personally. They magically found it after about 10 minutes but it wasn't clean either. They gave us a key and had us leave our bags. We came back hours later and the room was a Queen when we had paid for a Double Queen.. so back down to the lobby we went to try and get it sorted out. Really just overall such a mess which is a shame because it is a cool property in a nice area.

We were checked in 2 hours late because they didn’t have rooms ready. I asked the lady to please check our reservation to see just in case and she didn’t. Come to find out, my room was ready and she had us waiting for nothing. We missed our dinner reservations and was late to our concert. She was very rude and said good luck talking to a manager because they are on a cross in the middle of the ocean

I’m so upset, I stayed the weekend in this hotel the service was bad, I didn’t got my rooms until 8 pm. They stole my lights from my truck while my truck was parked in front on the check in area, and they didn’t even bother to help us with cameras or anything. This is the first and last time I stay in this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel the service is bad…

Great hotel in a quiet area. Perfect form my trip but could be a bit far out for those wanting more liveliness, however only a short uber ride away (10-20mins depending on traffic) staff are super friendly and attentive, rooms a good size and very comfortable too
