Very nice and clean hotel and staff was wonderful but 2 issues during stay. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, probably one of the worst we have experienced, and in the morning the elevator was not working and had to take the stairs down with our luggage, not a huge deal (things happen) but after a really uncomfortable night it was worth noting.

This property is simply perfect. The cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything smells wonderful. All rooms have small kitchen. All appliances are newer and spot free. The laundry area has very clean multiple machines that are very inexpensive. The workout are Sam thing. Coffee all day and fresh with a nice fruit selection. The staff treat each other and guest like family. Dogs are welcome but you would never know they are there. Highly recommend across the board.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The beds DO NOT have the top mattress on them so its like sleeping on box springs and the pillows were flat enough I used them underneath me to sleep on. You could hear the women in the next room every time she sneezed. When we got to the hospital for the surgery the receptionist said we were the 3rd to complain about the place and our surgeon was late because he stayed there and couldn't sleep because of the door slamming all night. There is no coffee pots in the rooms or ice machines even in the hallway and if you want to cook you have to rent or buy the pans from them. there was a pit bull dog that came running at me when I stepped off the elevator and it was not on a leash.

Large spacious rooms, set up more as long term stay. Full size fridge 2 element electric stove top, microwave plenty of drawer and closet space. Only downside was I was only staying 1 night and they don't have an Ice machine cause they expect you to make it in the freezer in the trays provided. Front desk staff helped out by giving me a bit from their freezer.

Woodsprings is an affordable extended stay lodging, so it is pretty barebones, housekeeping is only done once every 8 days, so expect to keep your room clean yourself, towels can be restocked by visiting the front desk and requesting clean towels. They have laundry facilities on-site so you can keep your clothes clean, and you can wash your linens I suppose if “every 8th day” isn’t often enough. Overall it’s not bad for what you’re paying.

Super convenient when visiting the hospital area. Bare bones hotel and it’s hit or miss with cleanliness. This is my third stay here. First room I was put in was not clean and smelled terrible. Sheets had not been changed from previous guest. The counter and kitchenette area was filthy! Second room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet too. Overall, I will return simply due to the convenience.

Sadly the kitchenette was dirty, especially the stove. The sheets had a stain and it was so noisy with tvs and people chatting till late at night. I don’t think the walls are very soundproofed. It is disappointing as the customer service desk has real friendly staff and our last stay here felt nicer.

Killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Mattress was not comfortable at all. Room above us was noisy in the wee hours of the morning and as I was checking out, I found out their maintenance guy was using that room himself that night. Am planning A 9 night stay in May and it will not be in your hotel.

New building. Had a peculiar smell to it.Building is settling and my door was hard to open and even harder to lock.walls are paper thin. I was there for five nights. I listened to either talking or snoring from other rooms for 3 out of five. The rooms have kitchenetts and someone cooked something that smelled awful and found its way into my room where it stayed. Although the hotel is new,it is obvious it was done on the cheap with low grade materials. I had hot water in the sink and only warm in the shower. I even tried to stagger the times i used it to see if capacity was the issue.nope.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Very kind and helpful. Room was clean. Only issue we had was the floor from beside and above. Guessing it’s wood construction and not concrete so heard every step/stomping and tv and even the loud conversations happening late at night.

The hotel lobby and unit were clean. Good layout in the hotel room. Queen bed had just 3 pillows, that seemed unusual, bed was firm. This was a first time stay at WoodSprings so I did not realize there was not a coffee maker in the room. Staff was excellent, made check in and check out very easy, both were personable. There was not much water pressure at the bathroom sink, but not sure if that is a city issue or maybe the valve just needed to be opened up. Morning coffee was available in the lobby. Entry doors were secured by using the keycard. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was great with Chandler , there is NO BREAKFAST ,only bananas & apples. So I bought Jimmy Dean breakfast sand for the mico in the morning, well the one in the wall was broke, and the one they had on the counter was broken also, so I went to the front desk and they had to do it in there breakroom, well they certainly , grumbled about having to do it 4 different times for all my sandwiches. The manager didn't even care. 2 towels in the bathroom wow can you spare towels or breakfast, or checking your equipment, thank goodness I was one the first floor !!!!

The property was new, inviting and in an area that was a five minute walk to dining, and shopping. There were beautiful parks, a lake, and walking trails were near. On our next visit we will probably bring bicycles and leave the car parked.

Proprty is new and clean. Its primary focus is upon long stays but we stayed one night. No breakfast at motel. Excellent local breakfast spot less than a mile away. Our only problem was that Expedia's AI unilaterally chaned our stay dates to a week away! You can't speak to a living Expedia cystomer service rep easily I self-resolved my issue but Expedia's AI is about to make me find an alternative.

Not too many hotels in the Inverness/Floral City area. Woodspring Suites is fairly new. Very clean inside, staff was very helpful with my request for top floor and early check in. They offer coffee and fresh fruit in the morning. The rooms are for extended stay use, but we stayed several nights and were happy with the accommodations. The rooms have a full size fridge, built in range, microwave, television, landline phone, sitting chair and a queen bed. Beds were comfy enough but I wasn’t really impressed with the bedding and pillows. Overall, the area is excellent for walking, its new and the price was right.
