Our stay was good. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Rooms are kind of small. The pool water was really cold.

It was right off the interstate near services like gas and Walmart. Breakfast was decent and hot. The pool was in being repaired and not available.

Rooms were clean. Hotel is older but well taken care of. Pool was nice. We would stay again.

Pretty basic and needs alot of modernization also the Pool was not working but otherwise a great value. Just a nice stay and beds were comfortable rooms were clean. Staff was awesome which made the simple hotel a great stay

The pool was closed after I had previously inquired before the trip to guarantee it would be open and by the time we arrived it was too late to cancel for a refund. The breakfast was very poor and unappetizing.

Bed comforts was horrible. One of the comforters was covered with pee stains all over it . I ask the women if I can have a different one and she said they don’t have any and that they are clean . So to me I was thinking why would you give people this to sleep with . So yes I was very unhappy! When I stay somewhere I want to be comfortable! They didn’t have enough towels and paint was coming off walls .

Overall, my stay was okay. Like others have mentioned, the building is very old, which shows in some areas. However, I was disappointed to find stains on both my towels and bedsheets, some of which were quite questionable. The room’s AC made a very rough, loud noise, and I could also hear people running or jumping on the floor above me, which made it hard to relax.

When arrived it took them a good 20 mins to get off a call and check me in no one else was there Room smelled awful top blankets were stained room was not in good condition’s when arrived room window was open like it was being aired out smelled like cigarette smoke traveling from Texas all we wanted was sleep after driving 16 Hrs not recommended at all.

The hotel charges extra as a deposit without telling you; the deadbolt on our room didn’t lock. There was semen stains on the headboard, as well as cigarette burns and holes across the comforter. We paid extra for a room with a jetted tub that was had jets that were broken and didn’t turn on, and had 4 broken tiles around the tub. Speaking of broken tiles there were 2 tiles unattached and broken in half in the bathroom and there was a massive hole about 8 X 5 inches wide in the ceiling. The micro-fridge only had enough room for 6 bottles of water and a little box of popcorn chicken. And yes you read that right, a micro-fridge because on top of the fridge was a mounted mini microwave that had to be from the 1960’s because it only had a turn dial with the numbers 1 through 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 25 and 30 which are the only minute choices to cook on, but it doesn’t matter because setting it going for 1 minute actually cooked for 3 minutes. The tv worked but the remote was taped together. The website states they have wifi but it is “dial up wifi” which I had to google because I’ve never heard of that before - as well as they say they have a casino and game room but they literally don’t unless it’s there and just has no signs or arrows anywhere for it. There was a gym, but only had 3 70’s “machines” that were broken. Overall it needs a deep cleaning with real cleaning products and especially dusting done in the corners. We slept on top of the comforter because of how gross it

We were here for state cheerleading competition. The rooms smelled nasty, the towels were very dirty and when we asked for clean towels they came back still dirty. The hotel staff was horrible. They yelled at everyone everyday all day. One night a little girl fell and bit her tongue were it was bleeding so obviously being about 6 or 7 years old she will be screaming. Me and a few other parents were helping her trying to calm her down but hotel staff came upstairs by us and just yelled at us to quiet down. When we told him what was going on he didn’t even care and just continued to yell at us to quiet down. The day were were supposed to check out the staff came upstairs to get everyone out at 10am. Checkout is 11am. Also when we checked in staff told us our room was upstairs. We asked for a cart but he failed to tell us there was no elevator.

I don't like that cars are able to park outside your window so you cannot open your curtains. Bathroom floor was really dirty and exhaust fan was removed. Staff was extremely friendly and tried their best. Place needs some deep cleaning in the rooms. TV was a bit fuzzy.

I stayed at the Quality Inn this past weekend for my brother’s wedding. The front desk clerk was wonderful, professional, patient, and kind. The lobby was clean and welcoming, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, the room told a very different story. As soon as I drove around back, I noticed most of the window screens were bent or falling off. My room didn’t even have a screen, and since I was on the second floor with windows that opened, that felt like a serious safety issue. Walking in, I was hit with a strong smoke-and-musty odor. The furniture was in poor condition, one chair was falling apart, the other was badly stained. The sheets and mattress protector had visible stains, including what looked like food. The bathroom was dirty: paint chipping, light with no cover, rust on the shower head, mold, and a toilet seat that needed replacing. Even the garbage can was dirty. The iron leaked water everywhere, so I had to buy one at Walmart, along with disinfectant wipes, spray, and a plug-in just to make the room usable. Overall, the stay was stressful and far below basic standards. I usually don’t complain, but these were serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The only positive was the clerk: customer service was excellent. Sadly, the rooms do not match the lobby or the staff’s effort. I recommend paying the extra $20 to stay at the Comfort Inn down the road.. it’s much cleaner, safer, and worth it.

Room was clean, but screens on the outside windows, were falling out. The tiles in the bathroom, were coming up. There was a terrible smell in the halls. Smelled like cat urine or someone cooking meth.

The hotel is easy to find, there's plenty of parking and the price is reasonable. I wish the scrambled eggs were made with real eggs, and the WiFi could have had a stronger signal. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel, but it's a good value.

Spacious suits

It was cool, the walls are thin but thats alright, the jet tube didnt work and had spider webs all over it but nothing a quick clean couldnt take care overall it was an experience might stay there again

Staff: excellent Room: clean, but very much in need of work. TV at least 14 yrs old with a huge dead vertical band in screen. Toilet seat broken (hinge). Tv that is fit for room is less than $120. Breakfast was ok. Parking pefectly fine.

The room did smell like smoke but the sent was coming from the air conditioner. Staff was so nice, internet wasn't quite convective. Overall it was very quiet for a Saturday night which i really like

The TV was too small and poor picture quality, and the continental breakfast was poor.....no waffles as pictures, scrambled eggs from powder, and limited choices.

Called if property can assist with an item we left behind staff promised will call back but never did.

They didn't say anything about an extra deposit of $100 till we were there

I thought it was okay. They charged me for my three nights again, after I had already prepaid. Which put a pending charge on my credit card for several days. We had to get our room keys reset many times. And they do not run the hot tub or heat up the pool. Kind of disappointing. But, it was an okay room.

Picked this place for a quick night of sleep on a road trip. Was not sure what to expect, but I was pleased to find that this hotel, while anything but fancy, was clean and comfortable. The room had no trace of any previous smoking, and the bed linens were fresh and comfortable. The bed afforded a good night's sleep. The plumbing fixtures all worked as designed (I say this because in a lot of less expensive places the plumbing leaves something to be desired!). I did not stay for the breakfast--had to get going. Would definitely stay again next time I am on this trip, which I take occasionally.

The staff here is super friendly, the location is convenient, and the room was affordable. The morning breakfast was adequate with a couple cold and hot choices (can't go wrong w/waffles). Our only complaint is the furniture in the pool area is in need of repair/replacement. Oh and the light in the bathroom in the pool area need to be fixed so it does not shut off automatically.

Honestly, quietest hotel I think I’ve stayed at in awhile. The room was surprisingly big and it felt like everything was updated recently, which was awesome. Not much to do / look at around here, but I wasn’t trying to sightsee on NYE. They had trouble with my card because I booked third-party, so if you’re staying here just do yourself a favor and book direct (prices should be the same, according to the staff). Everyone was cool and pleasant, and the overnight desk lady let me into the locked breakfast lounge to get silverware at like 230 in the morning, so that was nice.

Check-in tried to over charge clerk was hard to understand. Wi-Fi hard to connect. Refrigerator not working. No services within walking distance. Breakfast was extremely limited. Overall a poor excuse for a motel

Check in was fine, went downhill from there. Went with kids picked this hotel specifically for the pool, we got there and pool is not available due to it not working was told been like that four months it would have been nice if we could have been told this. Then in room one lamp did not work checjed it thinking maybe it was unplugged no it had wires showing and twisted together with tape hanging off it. Went to tell front desk staff and he came into the room and tried to twist it bavk together and tape it up with tape hanging. We said NO. Lamp was removed and another one bkught in from another room. Next morning go to fet some breakfast and hardly anything in there, nothing was being replaced.
