Hotel Inn Plaza del Ángel Chihuahua

What guests think

At Hotel Inn Plaza del Ángel Chihuahua, guests consistently praise the central location and generally clean rooms, while recurring drawbacks include dated furnishings, limited parking, and a breakfast experience that can swing from satisfying to very simple.

Many find the rooms noisy or small, with older mattresses, finicky TVs, and unreliable Wi-Fi; some AC units are loud or weak. Service feedback is divided, with numerous compliments for friendly staff alongside repeated complaints about rude front desk interactions, billing or invoicing hassles, and slow responses to issues. Overall, expect practical, no-frills accommodation with aging basics and uneven perks.
