We stayed here 10/9–10/12/26, & it was one of my worst experiences at a Hilton property. Room 807 had multiple maintenance issues. One window blind didn't work, leaving my friend on the pullout couch exposed to early morning sunlight. Maintenance said the batteries needed recharging, but nothing could be done until morning. Front desk employee Joel was condescending & dismissive when I asked about another room or compensation. His rude behavior in front of other guests was unacceptable. Other issues included a bedroom doorknob that kept falling off, a bathroom pocket door that wouldn't lock, & a shower curtain too short to contain water, leaving the bathroom floor soaked after every shower. The breakfast area was consistently messy, with staff struggling to keep it clean & stocked. Getting fresh towels was another ordeal. The front desk didn't answer, & housekeeping acted as though our request was an inconvenience. I also found a $249.49 overcharge & contacted Hotels.com to resolve it. I received a corrected folio but am still waiting for my refund. The surrounding area felt uncomfortable, although I recognize that's not entirely the hotel's responsibility. Between the maintenance problems, poor housekeeping, messy breakfast area, billing error & disrespectful customer service, this stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this property. Management needs to address these issues & improve staff training. Guests deserve much better service & accommodations.

Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice complimentary breakfast and nighttime security make this hotel an incredible value. The location is great too. The beds and pillows are not comfortable but they were very clean. This is not really an issue if traveling for business. I recommend this property.
