I stayed Wednesday-Monday and never got my room serviced. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels everyday. I asked the front desk every day about servicing my room, she told me they do it every other day which was fine, except they never serviced my room. The breakfast was good every morning. The staff were kind and friendly. The only hiccup was the room service.

This is a very busy hotel. There needed to be more kitchen staff working breakfast. When we came down to eat around 8:30 there were no plates & barely any food. People were standing around waiting for both. The lady taking care of the area was very nice and was working and to keep up. The hotel needs to have more staff running this area. It is one of the reasons people choose a place to stay.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The parking was horrible. We used the valet which was extremely helpful. The checkin process was over 30 minutes. Not the staffs problem. The computer was extremely slow. There wasn’t a way to check in digitally. The lobby temp was over 85 degrees and rising. The room was clean but very little amenities. Only a fridge. No coffee pot nor microwave. The room was on the corner of the building and we could hear all the city noises. Including the morning trash trucks. The staff were helpful and friendly. The over all experience was okay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing and super friendly! Loved that it was pet friendly and had wood floors! Dog park across the street was very convenient. The breakfast spread was great! Only complaint was I wish parking was included. $55 for valet garage parking otherwise parking is on the street and very limited. Not the hotels fault at all but the nightly activity outside of the hotel makes you lwary to leave your car parked on the street. They do have an armed security guard on site 24 hours that periodically does patrol outside the hotel. Luckily we were able to park pretty close
