Dorados Conventions & Resort

What guests think

At Dorados Conventions & Resort, guests highlight expansive grounds with multiple pools and green areas and a convenient location, but also report aging facilities, uneven maintenance, and cleanliness issues that include pests, odors, and occasional concerns about pool water.

Rooms are often small and dated, with uncomfortable mattresses, unreliable or noisy air conditioning, intermittent hot water, and Wi-Fi that frequently does not reach the rooms. Service feedback is mixed: some praise friendly, attentive staff, while others cite slow or inflexible check-in, poor responsiveness, and unhelpful attitudes. Dining opinions range from tasty, fairly priced meals to disappointing buffet and a few stomach upsets. Expect pleasant outdoor areas but variable comfort and service.
