We arrived around 730p and the property was dark. The outside lighting was terrible. Also, there were lady bugs, some sort of beetle and a spider in our room.

I stayed in the king suite. The room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool in the room was clean and conveniently faced the tv. Free water bottles and they offer to bring you comforts, such as different pillows if you need them. Great experience, overall.

Did not conform to ADA act. I am 86 and have back problems. Property does not have an elevator. I requested a first floor room but was given second floor room which required carrying my luggage up two flights of stairs and down.

It is what is advertised, and that deserves a good rating. The place is very clean and well maintained. I didn't come for frills or a pool, just a clean room for a night.

It was a little farther of I80 than expected. The carpets need cleaned along with the chair in our room had a big stain on it. My biggest complaint was the lighting. It was so dark, couldn’t even see to put make up on or my husband couldn’t see to shave. Breakfast was ok and the one staff person we didn’t see much of was nice.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, super accommodating and even waived the deposit which was welcome. However my biggest complaint would be the state of the room, specifically the fact that it was infested with ants and spiders. My first 10 minutes of sitting down had me get bit by a little eight-legged cretan, followed by my feet being swarmed by a dozen ants and more once I was actually in bed. No bed bugs that I could see but the ants and spiders were pretty intolerable. Still picking off a few from my luggage on the road. Not sure if it's just the specific building that I was in or if both buildings will have this issue, or if it was even just the room itself but definitely consider it if you're going to stay here. Otherwise for the price and service if you just need somewhere for a quick stay then you can't really do much worse.

No many choices for hotels in Atlantic Iowa. This hotel is clean. The staff is nice. I only stayed one night. The room is very dimly lit. Since I was on the first floor facing the parking lot it was not always practical to open the drapes to get more light. They need a few more lightbulbs. Also, be sure to bring your own brick for charging as there are no USB ports in lamps or anywhere.

Overall the stay was good. Nice staff with the exception of one. We originally stopped by to get a room and the front desk attendant rudely told my husband there are no rooms available. This hotel is very convenient for us as it is right down the road from our church, That is a huge plus. It was really clean but the chair in our room (I think 114) was very stained. The room was clean but I was hoping that chair was. The bed was wonderful. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was just ok. Honestly we hated the "eggs". We wish there was fruit. This is kprobably the best place in town. Atlantic needs higher standards in hotels. However this was clean and quiet.
