The hotel is very modern and nice. The rooms, even the suites, are pretty small, but this is compensated by the amazing view from the rooftop. The pool on the rooftop is great—exactly what you need during a hot day in Athens.

Rooms are average but the breakfast was superb. Great views from the restaurant on the roof. We booked the room to visit the pool upon our arrival and sad to learn the pool closed very early at 7pm. Area around is a bit run down but convenient walk to restaurants and great bars. Would say the room was overpriced at $340 for our experience

This is a small boutique hotel. Albeit small it is the perfect place for a busy city to get some chill out time. It is an excellent location and superb views of the acropollis. The roof top bar and pool is the perfect place to chill. The service is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast, a good menu a la carte and continental breakfast you can help yourself to. The rooms are very good, modern and plenty of space to put things. We enjoyed having a balcony and from 301 we had a veiw of the acropollis. Bed was comfortable and rooms clean. Mini bar and coffee machine available, kettle and tea. We loved this hotel and would love to return in the future.

The hotel is modern and clean (and the staff friendly) and the pool and bar facilities overlooking the excellent the Acropolis are excellent. However, one night we wanted to go up to the bar and it was hosting a private event and we were told to leave. I would expect some communication prior to this from the management so I could have made alternative arrangements. This was very disappointing!!! If this had been a one stay this I would have been absolutely gutted. I wouldn't trust the management enough to stay again

What a fantastic hotel! Small, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and superb facilities. Beautiful, large room. The restaurant/bar is lovely. Breakfast was good - small cold selection and you can also choose from the hot menu that is then cooked to order - delicious. The best part was the rooftop bar! Stunning views of the Acropolis - especially at night. Fantastic pool, a really classy space. It is a 5 minute, straight forward walk to the Acropolis, just past it another 5 minutes you turn into the area Plaka which has lanes and lanes of shops, bars and restaurants to just get lost in. Perfect location. Perfect hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was well sized, clean and beautiful. The staff are super friendly. We spent our afternoons at the rooftop pool and bar which has a phenomenal view of the Acropolis. Would stay here again in a flash.

Good points: The hotel is stylish, modern and clean. Staff were friendly. The location is out of the way but close to the acropolis, Plaka and a bunch of nice restaurants. Views from the rooftop bar are amazing. Bad points: Taxi drivers can’t find it. ( I even had one argue that it wasn’t in Athens at all ) The pool is microscopic and no longer has any loungers to make way for dining pods. The “mini suite” is just a plain lie. Putting a sofa in a tiny double room does NOT make it a mini-suite. Particularly when there is precious little wardrobe space and nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the bed or the sofa. The breakfast was lovely 5 of the 6 days. But on the 6th the eggs were raw and smothered in balsamic vinegar and when we complained it all got passive and weird very quickly. Our cutlery was taken away and my wife was never supplied a replacement dish. Similarly, when two men took it on themselves to rearrange furniture on the rooftop bar directly above our heads (top floor room) and shout loudly to each other in the process at 4-5am reception was not contactable, (apparently our fault for foolishly assuming the reception button on the phone would call the reception - it doesn’t, you have to call 400 or was it 000 or maybe 405. One of them would have worked for sure…) Basically. Stylish, pleasant hotel with good breakfasts, but very cramped rooms and if there is a problem, don’t expect any ability to step up and handle it…

Our room with access to patio was very small, not much space for suitcase. Employees very nice, breakfast, Rooftop top and pool excellent. View from Rooftop stunning. 10 minuts walk to Akropolis. Steep hill from Sygru Fix metro stop to hotel, but that is the price to pay for a view over the city.

L hôtel est bien placé à 10-15min à pied de l acropole et de plaka L accueil est tres agréable et la piscine sur le toit donne une très belle vue sur le Parthenon Le petit déjeuner est très bon... Que demander de plus 😊 À conseiller sans problème

Neoma seemed to be in a quiet neighborhood. In reality the hotel is located on a busy city street. I was placed right in a room on that street it was quite loud until late at night. Looking on hotels.com I could see off street rooms available, but the front desk steadfastly refused to change my room. Be aware that hill view rooms are on a busy street...

Great hotel right by the acropolis, lots of dining options around. Services was not great especially at the roof top restaurant/bar (we had diner the 1st night there, it took almost 2 hours to get our food, they never brought their drinks, never apologized nor provided any compensation) or at the reception where we booked the airport transfer return, never did they mention they had charged it to our room so we paid the driver at the airport like we had done on the way to the hotel, only to realized that once given to the driver who said nothing and ran out with the money like it was a tip…so we ended up paying €50 twice!

Good location near the Acropolis. A little hilly if you’re bad on your legs . Great views from the rooms and reception and check in was perfectly acceptable. The breakfast service however was far from ok . The staff were polite but just so unorganised. Very few choices too for a 4 * .

Just returned home from a 4 night break at the Neoma hotel. Loved everything about our stay - rooms & service impeccable. Rooftop pool bar has stunning views and great food. We travelled with a 2yr old and staff were very helpful providing oat milk and accommodating his fascination with the pool shower! Breakfast was delicious with good quality local foods on the buffet and hot cooked to order items available. Neoma’s great strength is its friendly and welcoming staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Staff at Neoma were the epitome of Greek hospitality. Easy walk to Acropolis Hill, Plaka, and various museums. Roof top restaurant had excellent food & a FABULOUS view. Outstanding property - no complaints! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to our friends. The rooftop with the pool and the view was our favorite part. We also liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to everywhere we wanted to go.

Hotel Neoma was the perfect place for our one night stay in Athens. An easy walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. We enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar at sunset which was amazing. The breakfast was divine (Croque Madame). Our corner room was as promised and the bed was very comfortable. After an overnight long haul flight this was an impeccable choice for us. The entire staff was friendly, professional and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Good points: The hotel is stylish, modern and clean. Staff were friendly. The location is out of the way but close to the acropolis, Plaka and a bunch of nice restaurants. Views from the rooftop bar are amazing. Bad points: Taxi drivers can’t find it. ( I even had one argue that it wasn’t in Athens at all ) The pool is microscopic and no longer has any loungers to make way for dining pods. The “mini suite” is just a plain lie. Putting a sofa in a tiny double room does NOT make it a mini-suite. Particularly when there is precious little wardrobe space and nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the bed or the sofa. The breakfast was lovely 5 of the 6 days. But on the 6th the eggs were raw and smothered in balsamic vinegar and when we complained it all got passive and weird very quickly. Our cutlery was taken away and my wife was never supplied a replacement dish. Similarly, when two men took it on themselves to rearrange furniture on the rooftop bar directly above our heads (top floor room) and shout loudly to each other in the process at 4-5am reception was not contactable, (apparently our fault for foolishly assuming the reception button on the phone would call the reception - it doesn’t, you have to call 400 or was it 000 or maybe 405. One of them would have worked for sure…) Basically. Stylish, pleasant hotel with good breakfasts, but very cramped rooms and if there is a problem, don’t expect any ability to step up and handle it…

Very beautiful hotel in the center of everything you need. The staff was very accommodating , we we're there only for 2 nights so we wanted to make sure that we would be in a spot where its easy to do/see a lot very easily to maximise our stay and we hit the jackpot with this hotel. Great, well kept propery within walking distance of Acropolis. Staff was extremely helpful - kept luggage when we arrived early, booked a car to the airport. Room was quite large and well appointed. Roof top pool was also nice.

This hotel was disappointing. The breakfast that was included in the high rate was meager. Not the spread I have experienced in dozens of hotels all over Greece. Also, we had to pay for coffee. No coffee pots were set out at breakfast. We had to wait for a small cup to be prepared. Hotel is located on a very noisy street with traffic day and night.

Good location near the Acropolis. A little hilly if you’re bad on your legs . Great views from the rooms and reception and check in was perfectly acceptable. The breakfast service however was far from ok . The staff were polite but just so unorganised. Very few choices too for a 4 * .

We stayed for four nights and had a very nice stay during these days. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The location was great if you don’t want to stay in the most active tourist areas but still have very good walking distances to all touristic places. The best part of the hotel is the outstanding view on the roof top…simply amazing! The only downside of this nice hotel was perhaps the breakfast. We hoped for a big breakfast with many things to choose from but it left much to be desired. If you ordered a toast or scrambled eggs it could take up to 20-30 mins before you got your order. Overall we had a very good stay and recommend it if you like amazing view and a clean hotel with a little distance to all the happenings.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, We arrived as a group of 4 with 2 rooms, Both rooms were a good size offering balconies and views for miles. Bed was very comfortable and all the complimentary Toiletries was a nice touch and saved me bringing them with me. We had dinner at the hotel on the 1st night on the roof top with stunning views of the acropolis. The truffle and poached egg was divine! Breakfast was one of the best we have had at hotels. We travel over 20 times a year so this comes highly recommended, you are given a tray of pastries, fruits and cereals plus an extensive menu of cooked items. The hotel roof top pool was lovely and peaceful and perfect for a cool down after walking the streets and sites. Towels were provided. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, espicially the young lady who help us with directions to a local shop for our Chocolate and snacks. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!!!!!!
