Stayed 3 nights

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in any motel or hotel . I was booked in room 158 which had no lightbulbs , over 20 roaches big and small, and had mildew/ black mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom all over . I had to “prove” to them that my room was like that just so I could get a room change . The maintenance didn’t clean my room not a single time . I have an autoimmune disease and was sent to the hospital for staying here for 3 nights from October 19th to October 22nd because I was breathing in black mold and God knows what else. I just got discharged from the hospital today after being on steroids and antibiotics because my condition got so much worse staying at this establishment. When I got back I requested an extension or refund since I booked October 22nd to October 25th but didn’t stay a single night . Then I was threatened and harassed by the front receptionist and the property manager Tony and told to leave the property today October 24th , I got told that they were gonna call his people to handle me and it got to the point I called the police to which they told me this is a regular occurrence at this motel and they are actually having a city council November 17th to get the place closed down to which I will be attending with my evidence and case number with a witness that was there the first night I arrived who saw everything and felt disgusted dropping me off there. They refused my refund and lied to hotels.com saying denied

Possibly one of the worst places ive ever been to. Me friend and I didn't stay because as I was walking from my car to the room a lady was saying how they were going to "shoot everyone." So we packed up and left. I am attempting to get a Refund. Dirty dingy and just a terrible experience overall.
