Property was clean & room was cleaned daily, however no staff on site & neighborhood wasn’t the greatest. Overall decent place to stay for a few days in Athens & if you have a rental car street parking was decent to find.

My mother is in a wheelchair and the site states the room is handicap accessible. Well, It's not!! Cobblestone courtyard and steps that would be impossible to get her up. No one there to greet me. I totally got screwed for a 2-night stay that I couldn't use. The taxi driver had to help me find another hotel.

I chose this place for a few hours between my flights arrival and my cruise , and I can say it was in a nice neighborhood close to the port . The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The place was clean, with a comfortable bed, and most importantly, a good elevator and high security in the building.Wishing success for the company and its team.

Room itselt was increibly spacious and clean. Main issues were the wifi wasnt working and in turn the app to open the doors, it's relatively minor but needing to put in an 8 digit code for access 3 separate times is frustrating. Lift could also do with an update. Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus.

Extremely disappointed with Exp for allowing this hugely misleading listing on their site. (As an advertiser, this is highly important to us!) The photos on the site were nice, acceptable, had a kitchen, near the Cruise Port. 1. Listing/Property Title "Pireaus Premium Suites Hotel": This is NOT a Hotel. It is an old run-down apartment building. It has NO ammenities, no reception, no food, no lobby. 2. Filthy: i took photos of every disgusting corner in this unit. It was NOTHING like the photos in the Expedia site. The walls were bare, furnishings were very cheap, VERY low-end. It was much more like a tasteless dorm room than a "Premium Suite." 3. Kitchen: We enjoy kitchen units all over the world because I love cooking with local ingredients when we travel. This 'kitchen' was useless. No cupboards/cabinets. Countertop had a coffee pot (with no coffee condiments - except tons of stir sticks?!?) A LOUD but tiny countertop fridge. No dishes, no glasses, not even a microwave oven. 4. Need an app to open bldg door AND the unit door. We had to wait to enter the bldg AND the unit every time we left bc we had to wait for the app connection to kick in. What was 'sold' to us on the Exp Site was a clear mis-representation that was so blatent that it was clearly intended to be misleading. Very nice hotel. Definitely didn’t look like anything special from the outside but once inside it was definitely very nice. Woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. Felt very safe and secure. Room was super spacious, and clean. Great wifi as well.

We arrived in Athens rather late but had received an email explaining to us how to access our room, so we weren't worried about the time. When we got there, we were able to get in very easily and get to our room. I use the term 'room' lightly because this was a full-size apartment! Very clean and well-appointed. Our stay was comfortable, and the room was really charming. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice stay that is homier than a standard hotel. I do wish the air conditioner had been a touch stronger but that wasn't too worrisome.

As this was my first time traveling solo, I was hoping there would be more interaction with the staff at check in but all the notes provided were plentiful. The staff that I did meet; the hotel driver is an absolute treasure, he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the area and provided much needed guidance to me. The room was adequately cleaned though I did find some hairs that were not of my natural tone, (blonde and I’m a brunette). The toiletries provided were useful and the overall accessibility and atmosphere was comfortable. I would love to stay here again

While this a very aesthetic loft with a high tech check in, it is a rental property with no on-site staff/help. There is only a very small a/c unit that is not equipped for such a large space. It was 90F outside and even set to Max for hours it only cooled a few degrees. And because our check-in was already at nighttime there was no one to help or respond to our calls/emails until the morning. We tried to open the windows and doors but that didn't help and didn't feel safe in an unknown area. We were unable to sleep at all bc the loft got so hot.

The location is great. Host was very nice helping with check in as we didn’t get the instructions because I think it was booked through our bank. The host also had coffee and breakfast (toast bread) left for us. However the apartment was a bit old and the design made it look unfinished. Spacious apartment but could have been better kept

Very responsive when asked if we could drop luggage early. Met us at designated time. Arranged our airport transportation. Communicated codes and information to get in (Radefy App worked perfectly). Very spacious, comfy bed, shower, fridge, coffee. Only hiccup was one overhead light flickered and one was burned out. Did not report this, as we were staying only one night.

Host very helpful and reactive. Help us quickly for the bag after a cruise so we can go and explore. Wakable from the cruise ship terminal but a bit of slope. Then we ask to organize an airport transfert and all was done and easy. 900 m from the metro and the walk even at night felt secure.

I stayed here with my family for one night before our cruise (May29-30) and the apt itself was okay for one night. The toilet had trouble flushing but I contacted the property and maintenance came right away to fix it. On the day we checked out, the lady at the front desk i forgot to get her name she was very sweet and accommodating with getting my family and i a taxi. A taxi driver actually refused us due to the amount of luggage we had but the lady at the front desk helped us get another one so we thank her as she made our travel to the cruise port smooth.

Very difficult to gain access using the phone app you have to download. There are no staff onsite. So if you go out and phone dies you cannot get into the building. The pictures do not reflect the room. No extra pillows as per the pics. The aircon was poor. The room was far too hot. Emailed the hotel to complain and had no response. Had to leave the city tax on the desk with a note. I would not recommend this apartment. They say there a nice rainfall shower. This is not true. And what was in the shower was poor. Very noisy hardly slept due to heat and noise

Les comptoirs en bois pressé vernis donne un style particulier à ce studio, le tout est quand même propre et vaste. Il y manque peut-être une table et deux chaises, car il y amplement d'espace pour cela. Le robinet de la cuisinette est mal fixé, il branle à chaque fois que l'on s'en sert. L'endroit est calme et bien situé.

Checking-in system was confusing because it's part staffed and part smartphone operated. Elevator/lift was old and unsafe. Surrounding neighborhood, like most of modern Athens is falling apart, neglected or vandalised.

The location and price are the advantages of this property. You are close to the marinas and several restaurants. The room was very basic. It could have used some upgrades in the lighting and electric outlets available. We did enjoy the feel of staying in a local Greek neighborhood and not in a city hotel. We felt very safe in the area even when walking at nigjht.

Host very helpful and reactive. Help us quickly for the bag after a cruise so we can go and explore. Wakable from the cruise ship terminal but a bit of slope. Then we ask to organize an airport transfert and all was done and easy. 900 m from the metro and the walk even at night felt secure.

I liked the location. I did not like noise (I woke up with motrocycle -produced noise). I would prefer a list of parking options, and options for breakfast.

Room itselt was increibly spacious and clean. Main issues were the wifi wasnt working and in turn the app to open the doors, it's relatively minor but needing to put in an 8 digit code for access 3 separate times is frustrating. Lift could also do with an update. Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus.

The location is great. Host was very nice helping with check in as we didn’t get the instructions because I think it was booked through our bank. The host also had coffee and breakfast (toast bread) left for us. However the apartment was a bit old and the design made it look unfinished. Spacious apartment but could have been better kept

Extremely disappointed with Exp for allowing this hugely misleading listing on their site. (As an advertiser, this is highly important to us!) The photos on the site were nice, acceptable, had a kitchen, near the Cruise Port. 1. Listing/Property Title "Pireaus Premium Suites Hotel": This is NOT a Hotel. It is an old run-down apartment building. It has NO ammenities, no reception, no food, no lobby. 2. Filthy: i took photos of every disgusting corner in this unit. It was NOTHING like the photos in the Expedia site. The walls were bare, furnishings were very cheap, VERY low-end. It was much more like a tasteless dorm room than a "Premium Suite." 3. Kitchen: We enjoy kitchen units all over the world because I love cooking with local ingredients when we travel. This 'kitchen' was useless. No cupboards/cabinets. Countertop had a coffee pot (with no coffee condiments - except tons of stir sticks?!?) A LOUD but tiny countertop fridge. No dishes, no glasses, not even a microwave oven. 4. Need an app to open bldg door AND the unit door. We had to wait to enter the bldg AND the unit every time we left bc we had to wait for the app connection to kick in. What was 'sold' to us on the Exp Site was a clear mis-representation that was so blatent that it was clearly intended to be misleading. As avid global travelers, we are not accustomed to being disappointed in facilities. We have NEVER submitted a bad review, EVER. WARNING TO TRAVELERS: Don't go here.
