If I could give less than 1 star I would. I thought my last visit was bad; this was much worse. I will NEVER stay here again. We used to stay here a few years ago and loved it; they had a bar and restaurant in premises. We used to come on Saturdays to watch college football in the bar gave a few beers and eat dinner. We stayed here when we were in Pittsburgh for the Steeler games. We came up a few weeks ago for opening weekend. I left a review about that experience and it wasn’t good but this time??? HORRIBLE!! The bar and restaurant are no longer used, there are holes in the ceiling all over the first floor, even in the lobby. In our room there were 8 different lighting possibilities counting the bathroom only 3 worked. The coffee machine didn’t work, the plugs and Charging stations in the desk, didn’t work, only 1 assessable plug behind a chair so I couldn’t work on my computer. The hallway to my room was dark with again holes in the ceiling and drip buckets everywhere. I was appalled that they charged what they did for the room of horrors. We will never stay here again!!

It was close to a motel 6… breakfast bag with 3 small items and no drink. The hotel had a picture of a bar and restaurant as their first photo that is no longer open. The phone in the room doesn’t work. Your chargers fall out of the sockets next to the bed. It’s dirty. The snacks and drinks for purchase, couldn’t be purchased because their system was down. The front desk ladies were rude and unhelpful.

Outlets in the room didn't work. The elevators were sketchy. Only 1 ice machine on the first floor and it didn't work. Had to take the microwave into the bathroom to find a outlet that worked.

We stayed at this hotel 11 years ago and it was very nice. It was really disappointing to see how run down it is now. The carport ceiling at the front door was falling apart. There were drywall patches and holes in the hallway. The furniture looked like it was from the early 1980's. The floor of the bedroom was wet to the point that your socks became wet. It also felt slick with your shoes on. The first room we were in was handicapped and the shower tile was broken and coming up. disappointing to see the decline

The staff especially Brianna was excellent. Cheerful and helpful and unfortunately had to apologize for and compensate for the condition of the hotel. I included a photo of the entrance portico which is a guest's first impression. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were unable to get the TV remote to work so Brianna came up to our room to assist and get it to work. The phone in our room didn't work. The beds and pillows were in good condition and comfortable. The location of this hotel is pretty remote and not as conveniently located to the airport as we had hoped.
