We had a great two bed room and was able to accommodate our dog. The furnishings and space were very nice and it also had an interior balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is pretty awesome, visually impressive and the balcony overlooking the pool was neat. The only bummer was the restaurant / bar is only open Friday and Saturday. My girl and I went on a Tuesday for a night away and planned on eating and drinking at the hotel and that was shot down. There are places nearby, though.

I expected a mid to low-end hotel experience, and was still left extremely disappointed. The lobby looks beautiful as you walk in, but that’s all the good I can say about this hotel. My Room was right next to the pool so it constantly felt humid and we could hear the noise of kids playing late at night. There were mysterious stains on BOTH the queen sized beds in my room. The toilet didn’t have enough flushing power so it took multiple flushes to get number 2’s down. The shower didn’t drain properly so by the end of our stay, the shower was basically fully clogged. And to put the icing on the cake, I had to kill a COCKAROACH that was in the room. All that happened within our 2 nights of staying at this hotel. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Shower has mold. Water pooling at bottom of shower due to poor drainage. Dirty walls, dirty curtains. Bleach stains on carpet in hallways. Walls and doors scrapped up. Not an inviting, pleasant atmosphere. Tried to contact front desk about shower but hotel phone work. They didn’t seem to care that much upon checkout. Will not be back.

Room was MUSTY!! Air conditioner in the ceiling was leaking right by where my work clothes were hanging in the closet. On the last night it was raining and they had trash cans catching the water leaking in from the ceiling near the pool. Carpets were Damp in the room. and no fan in bathroom or light in the shower it was very dark.

We choose this hotel as we had stayed here once before. This time our visit was less than desirable. First room we were giving had wall paper peeling from the wall,stained carpet like a motel 8 trashy place,rusty lamps, grimy bathroom that had a shower curtain rod that looked like it had been ripped from the wall. We asked to switch rooms and the second room though somewhat cleaner in appearance had a dehumidifier on the floor . Due to the musty smell in the air and the damp feeling on the carpet. This room also had a grimy bathroom. Not even close the the first time I had stayed there. If you can stay somewhere else

We stayed at this property to attend an event at Gillette Stadium. Luckily this was a quick trip where we didn’t need to do too much in the room or the hotel because the hotel looks like it’s falling apart. Upon pulling up, there was caution tape out front of the building for something near a bench, and when we checked in, we were told the door near our property was wonky and to use a different entrance.. our room had stains all over the carpet. The halls had swept piles of dirt for two days not picked up. From the outside- it look liked the second floor balconies had foundation damage. Paint was chipped everywhere. There was a mini portable dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty three times. We had to wipe down the counters ourselves when we got there as they had smears of something on them, and they even put back two Keurig pods that were used with holes in them into our display. On a positive the water was hot and the beds were clean. The staff was friendly upon entrance. We opted not to eat anything from there. When I checked out, I shared that our room was not very clean and I was just given an “Im sorry”. Based on the exterior, we did not ask for a new room as I checked it for bugs and was happy to not see any and since we were hours from home and the local hotels were all sold out or over $2,000 a night due to the concert, we made due. Great location for an event, but beware of the 2-3 star property. If this is a 7.8, I will know never to stay under an 8.5.

The linens were clean. The carpet throughout the hotel seems dingy due to age. There’s a reason this hotel is cheaper than all the others in the area. Hallways and rooms smell musty, halls are dark and the hall carpet looks like it's from the 90s. I had a room with a balcony facing the lobby (inside the building) and could here a group of people in the morning, and could here activity in the halls. I personally would not recommend this hotel until the completely renovate the building

The staff was very friendly, but it’s an average, dated hotel that needs work. The tub wouldn’t drain and maintenance had to fix it. The AC controls were broken and the temp and fan couldn’t be adjusted. There is a dehumidifier in the room that ran constantly because of the musty smell. There is no fan in the bathroom which likely contributes to the extra moisture in the room.

The exterior of the hotel and Lobby were very nice However i cannot say the same for either of my rooms.. I misunderstood what was meant by Courtyard View. ( I thought it was an outside courtyard) and was able to switch rooms to Across the hall. The front desk staff was very very nice.. Both on the third floor (hotel only had three floors and the very last rooms) . My initial room was Pitch Black when I entered and there were somewhat melted chipwhiches in the refrigerator . This room was also windowless. Although it did have a nice view of the inside courtyard. The second room appeared to have burn marks on the carpet, the sliding glass door handle was broken and there was no screen door. There were also a couple of patches of spackle on the walls.. The morning of checkout the faucet and the bathroom started sputtering water I am not sure when either of these rooms were last occupied

While the overall rating for this hotel is a 4/5 for me, the receptionist brought it down from a 5/5 to a 4. She was rude, disrespectful and overall just not pleasant. I arrived at 2:15 to check in at 3 and when I asked to check in she said the room was not ready. I asked how much longer and she goes “at 3… when you’re supposed to check in” very rudely and rolling her eyes. I called the day previously and asked for an early check in and they said there would be no issue. After that I sat in the lobby and waited while 4 guests were able to check in early in front of me. I went back up at 2:45 and asked again and she again was rude and disrespectful. The actual hotel was fine but a $16 breakfast for the price of the actual room is insane. Likely won’t be staying here again.

It was very unfortunate arriving on time for check in at 3pm to not have our room available until two hours after arrival. We were in the area for a concert and had a very rushed start to our trip due to the lack of access to our room. We had children with us getting ready and eating dinner in the lobby to the best of our ability. So we could make it to our event on time. The room was clean and well put together but the air system was not working well and had an awful smell.

This place could use some repair inside and out! Ice machine in our hallway didnt work. Rooms smelled of mildew. Housekeeping was sub par. I know they had a complete turn over but with a sold out concert in the area that night. Not having rooms avaliable at 530 is crazy! We had two rooms so lucky one was available, but 5 of us had to get ready in one.

Rooms were clean, Front desk amazing. Willing to help you with your needs. Plus do friendly. The only problem was the cleaning people. My room was not cleaned for three days. I spoke with manager of cleaning services. Two days he marked down for my room to be cleaned. No one came. So called front desk and said I can email them. So finally cleaning people came Sunday. When they came I expected to be cleaned during the day when I was out. They came when I wanted to relax at the end of the day. That was frustrating. Plus phone did not work in room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone.

The room was very clean. Free, on site parking is always nice. Close to xfinity center and easy to get Ubers. Having a bar/restaurant on site was great, but the food was just okay. The layout of the hotel was a bit strange, but overall a good hotel especially for the price.

I recently stayed for convenience to Gillette stadium for a concert. The price was reasonable. It is an older, tired property. Older carpeting, older furnishings. But the staff were excellent (thank you Shakinah!), the parking excellent, and the bed was comfortable which is all I really needed for this stay. The breakfast buffet was mediocre but worth $10. ($16 if you don't purchase at check in). I would have loved if they had at least had actual coffee cups for the coffee rather than to go cups.

For $422 I was very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. The painting was flaky. The gold on the lamps were all rusty like you have pictures have been through a flood. In the reservation at breakfast included, but when I went to get it, it was $16. There was one table outside to sit at, but it was so old we are afraid to sit on it. I would pay 130 tops for a night for this room. I will not be staying there again.

room was musty and had strange odor. Supposed to get dart rate/front of the house person argued with me about rate. Said I didn't have it when I was told I would get it when I called over 2 months ago. I had to pay over $890 for 2 nights when it should have been $300. I was 3 hours from home and made arrangements to stay and didn't want to stand there arguing. There was a line behind me and it was embarrassing. Then I had to walk around the entire hotel to find my room and elevator. I asked a worker where the elevators were and they didn't know. I asked don't you work here and he said yes but he didn't know where elevators were. There was mold in the room and it was hot and humid and the air conditioning was not working. The maid didn't bring me clean towels so I had to use the same ones for 2 days. I don't need full maid service every day but basic towel changes is usually done at hotels. The hallways were musty and smelly --there were quiet hours but at 1030 pm/1100pm and midnight all I heard was yelling and screaming and people running all over the hallway. I will not recommend and stay at this hotel again

If I’m being honest this hotel smells of mold and mildew. We stayed in room 414 and the tub leaked endlessly. It was as if the water was on and we tried to turn it off and tried hard. Switched it to shower mode and called the front desk and they said they were aware of it. The toilet leaked as well and ran water to no end. Outside of our bathroom the popcorn ceiling was mold the air vents were rusted completely and had an awful smell coming out of it so we shut off the air in the room so sleeping was brutal. We had two rooms between the entire family and we had room 410 as well which was slightly better. The hotel has attempted to compensate for the stench with use of overwhelming bleach everywhere so it’s the smell of bleach (which my wife is super sensitive to) and the stench of dirt and grime throughout. Every surface in the room has a stickiness to it. The counter in the bathroom, the end tables, the fridge door. Just everything. It was gross through and through. Will 1000000% not stay here ever again.

The hotel had an unappealing smell throughout it. The bed was actually lumpy and not comfortable at all. The pull out couch was awful. The shower had no water pressure. Upon checkout, the receptionist could not even be bothered to look up at us and ask about our stay…maybe he knew we were disappointed.
