This was for a quick stay after a visit with a friend in NYC and a concert in E Rutherford. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Anything you could want was there. A plus to this hotel is that they had EV charging stations as an amenity. They provided the connector and there wasn't a charge. For the J1772, it was a 120v slow charge, but it worked out well as we just kept it plugged over night. Very friendly staff.

The Comfort Inn in Paramus, NJ, is conveniently located on NJ-17 North. The GPS in the car couldn’t find the address but Google Maps was fine. The property is clean, has parking, including 4 Level 2 charging stations for EVs for guest use at no cost. The room had a Keurig coffee maker and a small refrigerator. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great, it’s always a pleasure staying here. One thing I don’t like is entering and exiting out from the place because of the roads but that’s nothing that they can’t be fixed. You just got to be careful driving.

We arrived late and check in was easy. We chose this hotel because of the ev chargers available, they didn’t work all of them were not working. This sucked because they look like they haven’t worked in a long time. shower was broken and squirted water into the ceiling. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, bread/bagels/muffins, juices, coffee and tea). Also had several EV level 2 chargers, free charging for guests.

Exiting this property onto Rt 17N is difficult since there is no shoulder or blend lane. Cars are approaching at 55 mph in the same lane that you have to enter the highway.

We got two rooms at this location while visiting family for Christmas. We were please with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Check in was smooth even at close to 11pm. Someone was right at the desk. We didn't have to wait around for anyone. They were right there. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Chose this hotel because it was the highest rated in the Hackensack area. Staff were great but my room was not properly cleaned. The tub was obviously not cleaned and had stray hairs and other debris. Would not stay here again.

I needed a room a quick local visit. The bed was great. You can tell my room had previous water damage that was patched up several times. The hallways had an off smell and initially the room did too after some ventilation and linen spray it went away. The staff was very polite and professional.

We did not like the fact that there were NO drawers in the whole room. There was only one desk chair and no arm chair in the room, so if there were two guests one would have to sit on a bed. The bathroom sink had no space for toothbrush or toothpaste, comb brush for two people.

The staff were nice. One of us forgot our phone that was left for charging in the room and already drove away for 2 hours. Raja from the Hotel reception called and notified us and we picked it up the next day. The per-night price seemed a little high for that location.

My husband were visiting for Thanksgiving which was cold and rainy. when i went in to check in this man name Roger which i don think was his real name he was extremely nasty. Thank God for Martina the manger of House keeping had to apologize for him. I really think she should be the manger. she has excellent customer service skills. if it wasn't for her we would have left. The man name roger need much more training.

Check-in was very fast; took at most 4 minutes. Used the food delivery service offered. Various fees and taxes added up, but the food was delivered promptly right to my room - for this tired traveler, that was a plus! I am writing this before tomorrow’s included breakfast, so I cannot review that at this time. First time staying here; definitely would consider staying here again.

Raja was my point of contact. He helped me with giving me information about the area. I needed an early check in and he honored it for me as well as an extension for an extra night with late checkout due to airline cancelling my flight last minute. He was more than accommodating with all we needed. Staff was on point with servicing our room and getting us what we needed. Breakfast bar open early til 10:30a with tea, coffee and fast breakfast options. Thank you Comfort Inn I will definitely be back.

Needed a place to stay for one night and this was nearly perfect. Super clean and comfortable. The only negative I would point out is that it was a bit noisy at times from trucks driving by but not too bad. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Knowing that the price of eggs has skyrocketed, it is understandable that the breakfast buffet would use an egg alternative. Unfortunately, the egg substitute was horrible. It would have been better, in my opinion, to serve pancakes, or hash browns, or anything other than the dried, powdered egg version.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit in Paramas. It is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the free breakfast. Well, you get what you pay for!!!!
