Great breakfast every morning. The lobby was bright, clean and inviting . The pool was under renovation and the carpet in the hallway looked outdated, other wise I would have given them 5 stars.

Stated that they had a pool but when I got here they told me there was no longer a pool

Beautifully renovated hotel. The staff and breakfast were great. The only issue was the elevator, which sounded like it was going to break down at any minute.

This hotel was better than I expected it to be. Upgraded spacious rooms with very nice wall decor, comfortable beds, free breakfast, and nice lobby. Only thing that went wrong was the elevator being out of order one morning. But it was fixed by the afternoon/evening. Not sure if that happens often or not. If you're just looking for a safe place to sleep and not concerned about great views or nearby restaurants, etc, this is a great pick. Overall this hotel is worth the stay and I'd stay here again.

It was a decent visit. However, I was quite disappointed to find out that neither the pool nor hot tub would be available (due to renovations).

I really appreciated my stay. The staff was wonderful. My only issue was the new I went to go buy swimsuits to use the pool and not want to be told me the full was out of service. Overall the place was clean. Notice little things here and there that could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a hotel breakfast not a big deal, it was a hot breakfast though. We enjoyed ourselves.

For this property being less then 2 yrs old...the pool was never opened...not sure its even finished which was disappointing.

Easy and safe, free parking. Close to food and shopping and future casino. BW has security on site late evening. Great!

A little disappointing. Pool was closed, can't take breakfast to your room, can't charge items to your room, just small things that are inconvenient. That said, room was nice and breakfast was good. Parking included!

Overall I gave this hotel a 4 star rating for convenience, cleanliness, and safety. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the pool not being opened for guests to enjoy. I hope there’s a pool and a hot tub to open soon.

The only issue I had was the very big noticeable brown and yellow stains on the comforter and sheets. My boyfriend literally went downstairs to get fresh sheets and we changed them ourselves. Needless the say we did not sleep under the comforter. But other than that the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The mini fridge actually had a freezer which I liked. And a microwave.

There was construction happening before 9am and the Hot tub had mold we asked the front desk to do something about it they told us they couldn't do anything and to contact the 3rd party we booked with.

I honestly was not happy here. There is an odor in the building as if it’s not really clean. The elevator was noisy , I didn’t feel safe on it. The rooms are not really clean. I did stay because I was tired but I slept in a hoodie to cover my face and wore my full outfit to bed. Stains on everything, spots on substance left on the floor and all countertops. If you just need somewhere quick to stay it’s a safe place to sleep. Oh yeah and somebody knocked on my door at like 3am but that isn’t that fault of the hotel, it just added to my annoyance lol. It’s ok but not of my preference and don’t think you’re going to be getting squeaky clean. The entire area are lower quality hotels.

Although the young man that checked me in was nice enough. The hotel was hot and muggy. I seen the thermostat on the wall show 81° when I got up to the room I was expecting something much more well kept based on the pictures from the website. The room was in need of repairs and some additional cleaning. What appeared to be mouse droppings on the bed made it impossible for me to stay. I had to leave.

The place was terrible! The room had a bad smell, cracked floors, and stained sheets. I spoke to management about the room, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never stay here again.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The breakfast was great but that’s the only redeeming quality.

Love the jacuzzi suite

The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on in a long time. Unfortunately, the other guests were extremely loud throughout the night in the hallways and rooms directly next to mine, keeping me up throughout the night.

There was no Internet access in my room. I was only able to access the internet in the lobby. The desk attendnt was informed several times.

Bed could have been softer. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Friendly staff greeted me. The shower door only covered 50% of the shower. I had a room with a hot tub which was excellent. Towels were scrathy but good in size. Bed was comfortable but squeaky with oddly small sized pillows. Wifi was slow. Breakfast on Sunday morning was good. Breakfast potatoes, sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, waffles, toast, great drink selection. I will go back again but only for another short stay. 7.5/10

The hotel itself is really nice ... its modern and new. The room was clean and had good space. My sister, granddaughter and i stayed in 1 room with 2 queen beds. It is located near I-80 for convenience. I would give it a higher rating if it were not for the noise in the halls both nights. The first night around midnight other guests were quarreling due to extreme noise from a geoup of young people staying 2 rooms down from me. I had to call down to the front desk. The second night, people in the room right next ro ours were talking loudly and making a lot of noise around 10:30pm. Wecould hear them like they were in our room. I again had to call down to the front desk. We probably wontstay hear again due to the guests that stay here.

Booked for a night while visiting Chicago for a concert. Room was huge. perfect for 4 adults.

For the price I expected nicer rooms. The hardwood floors are an eyesore and blue and brown paint color were not impressive.

The stay was ok I expected a more well put together room. It looks like the room and elevators were rushed and put together not so correctly. The shower was small and tight fit.

I booked via your website at approximately 12:20 am for a room at that time. Arrived at hotel within 20 minutes and was told that i could not check in till 3 pm. Front desk Gennifer said that mistake happens all the time as your website automatically books for regular arrival time and not for that midnight hour. She said it could be easily resolved by contacting you. I used the virtual option and chatted with Thalia who said she could resolve the issue. We went back and forth and i provided proof of confirmation, payment and bank proof. Was assured by Gennifer and Thalia that this could be resolved. After 10 hours of air travel plus five hours of driving, both my Goddaughter and I were exhausted. During this time a woman with no pants on shows up asking for a towel. Another woman who appeared to be a sex worker was lingering in the lobby. I am informed that although they can verify that payment was made that i would have to pay for another day in person and that hotels.com would refund my money in 7 to 10 days. The manager would not approve our stay even though payment was made thru third party vendor even and recieved and the delay was due to hotels.com in sending them an virtual approved credit card. A man who was clearly intoxicated begins to argue with front desk as he was not allowed to check in via no stay per manager. I did not feel safe with my goddaughter and did not feel it was acceptable to charge me twice for the same room. Left and stayed at another hotel

We were moving during frigid temps and had a moving company delay. I travel with a service animal. She is licensed and certified. She can go wherever I go. The front desk people asked a lot of questions concerning her even though I showed her papers and tag. I finally got checked in and the room was nice but appeared unfinished. Wind, frigid wind was blowing the curtains in our room. We cranked up the heat to no avail. Shower had no safety pads on shower floor, very slippery. When I went down in the morning to take my dog to the bathroom, we were rudely stopped by the desk clerk. I explained she was a service animal but he actually called security on me, I was shocked. I finally got things worked out but these people need to know the laws about service and support animals who are certified and licensed. Snacks and sodas were very expensive. Not sure I would ever stay there again. I expected more from a $150 a night stay. A bit bummed.

They never clean my room … because they had 40 more rooms to clean and I was staying for 3 days … they told me you can take towels and coffee. BECAUSE ONLY HAVE 2 HOUSEKEEPING..!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was mostly helpful. Our initial check-in was a little odd and uncomfortable due to a disgruntled customer at the check in counter. Not sure who was at fault there for the issue. Breakfast was a 3/5 but I can’t complain since it was free. I did notice what seemed to be people entering the hotel who did not appear to be guest who were helping themselves to the breakfast area. We did end up cutting our stay short due to business schedule changes. We only stayed 2 nights instead of rhe original 4 nights we booked and the hotel said we had to pay for 3 nights since we didn’t notify them 24 hrs in advance of the change. This was a first for me as I always choose to pay at checkout and have never been asked to pay for an additional night for not notifying the hotel sooner for the change. But I didn’t complain and just paid it as I guess this is just their policy.

Customer service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Someone came into our room at 4am and turned on the light and walked out…then at 5am a staff member proceeded to pound on our door asking about why we where in there and when we checked in.. as if we where squatters or something.. needless to say sleep was non existent and I will NEVER return to another best western especially this one in particular…no apology.. no accommodations.. just treated like we weren’t supposed to be there…there are other hotels in the area that are better than this one, don’t waste your money here like I did..

Like new, clean and beautiful. The service was amazing. Love this place.

The hotel was right off the highway, with easy access. The room was clean and breakfast was good!

It's not in the best area but we really love the hotel (if they ever get the pool done it would be even better) The convenience to our concerts, food and shopping, but if you turn the wrong way is scary.

Nice place to stay right off the interstate. It was busy but not at all noisy.

I didn't have very high expectations for a best Western, just off the high way, but I just needed a sleep. It was Great! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but it was great. Being by the highway, it was very quiet.

We came down for some specialized baseball training for our son and just to have a little weekend away. The hotel was conveniently located next to some great restaurants and shopping. The customer service there was really good and the rooms in the hotel were very clean. The housekeepers were so nice. They always made sure we had what we needed and we really appreciated that I would recommend this as a great place to stay. If you don’t wanna stay downtown it’s not far at all into the city as it’s right off an interstate and it’s reasonably priced.

Once you get past the seedy motels, BWP stands out, its well lit and it feels safe.

Super clean and comfortable rooms and spacious. Love that the mini-fridge had a separate freezer, haven't seen that before. Great room set up with plenty of space and outlets. Only complaint, reason for 4 out of 5 stars, is the breakfast. Choices were great, coffee machine was nice, but the hot items were meh. Sausage was especially unenjoyable, eggs could have been better. Cleanliness and organization was very good, however.

Property not easy to find for someone who not familiar with the area. Breakfast closes at 9 am which in my opinion is early compared with other hotels that I stayed at.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast bar the next morning before heading back out on the highway. Looking forward to our next stay.
