Check in was super easy with the passcode entry. As many mentioned, it is in the middle of practically no where but was super convenient and only 10 mins from where I needed to be the next morning. The room was very clean. There was water and snacks left for us. Bed was comfy. Slept great. No noise.

Overall nice place for the cost. Inexpensive and close to the winery we we going to. There were som dead bugs behind the nightstand and the drain cover in the shower was broken but I didn’t bother to say anything bc it honestly didn’t matter. Bed was clean mattress looked brand new. Had snacks and waters. Working refrig and ac.

Very clean with ample towels, toiletries, bedding, etc. Great to have a microwave and mini-fridge/freezer. Check-in instructions were very easy and the room was set up nicely upon arrival. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but for a reasonable price you get a very clean room with parking spots right outside your door. My only “issue” was that any time I used the microwave it caused the TV and cable box to turn off and completely reset which took 5 min to get back to working again each time. This happened even if the tv wasn’t on, so obviously there’s some kind of power supply issue where the microwave is overloading the system. Other than that I had no problems my entire stay. The area is a bit secluded, but there are fast food restaurants and gas/convenience stores within a few minutes drive.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. Even though the room was compact, it was actually equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and ample toiletries. This motel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. From desk service was excellent. Thank you!

Booked 3 nights here to ride out the heat wave because my HVAC broke down at home and I have a very busy work schedule. The self checkin was straightforward enough, and the room itself was clean, and everything worked well, at least for the first two nights. I arrived back from work on the third night to find that there was no power, due to an outage in the entire town. The water in the hotel runs on an electric pump, so no water either. There was no human staff at the hotel at all, just a sign at the counter with a phone number. When you call the number, you realize that you are only speaking with an AI chatbot. I called twice for information and got the SAME unhelpful generic response from the chatbot. 20 minutes later an actual person called, who informed me on the situation and assured me that the power would be restored in maybe 20 minutes or so. After waiting an hour in a hot room, no power or water (I use a CPAP), and an early work assignment the next day, I had to decide to pack up and leave and made other arrangements. By email, the manager flat out refused to refund the missed night, blamed me for “not being patient,” and had an extremely callous and accusatory tone. This hotel is in a very remote area, and severe weather can cause blackouts. Unfortunately this hotel has NO backup power, not even to at least run the water pump. In an emergency, there is only an AI chatbot, and very unhelpful staff on the phone afterwards - you’re on your own after that. BEWARE!

Perfect little motel. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and has a nice view of nature. Very close to McGuire AFB. Parking is open and outside the room. Staff was very friendly. No complaints at all. Would stay here again!

A small room, though admittedly our room had two double beds and it would be a little roomier with a single queen, cinder block walls, no actual closet, just some hooks, and the furniture was all chipped. There were no fitted sheets on the bottom so the mattress protector became exposed. Yuck! The TV didn't work when I got in the room and the office person had to come and fix it. The baseboard heaters were falling apart a bit and rusty a bit. The front of the air conditioner fell off when I tried to adjust the vents. Also the ceilings are kind of thin if you're on the bottom floor and you can hear people walking around upstairs. And I opened up the blinds on the window and then there was a really big spider web with a spider in it between the blinds and the window. (I cleaned it up.) On the bright side there was a mini fridge and microwave, the staff was very helpful, water bottles and Doritos and Fritos bags in the room were appreciated. The room seemed clean. And the bathroom though small, was clean and in good condition, recently remodeled with new fixtures and a new door, and the tiling in the bath new , and the new bathtub was very good.

This property, although a "motel" is very clean and not what most would think of a motel. So much cleaner and more quiet than other hotels near this price point. Check in was simple and parking right by the room's door. It's a very good value for any traveler that is looking for a clean quite bed and doesn't need more than this. I will definitely stay here again anytime I'm in the area and a room is available.

You guys seem to have ticks in room 115. A tick was discovered in room 115 on my roommates sock, I tick also was discovered in my bag, my bag was left on the floor of room 115. It traveled on my bag into my house,.

The room smelled, bathtub was disgusting, and a three-year-old could’ve broken it into the security latch. Not sure how this has a 8.5 rating, obviously owners of rating this. I would’ve rated it a two.

Very, very bare bones motel. But you get what you pay for. It skeeves me out when I find other people’s hair every where ( on sink, in tub,..). Registered as multiple people in room, yet only 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth. Thankfully we had clean beach towels with us. Bed was very firm, I prefer a softer bed

Front desk was helpful over the phone. Once you submit your deposit info, they email you an access code. Easy and simple. Clean room. Bug free. AC is a little weak although didn’t stink at all like the big chain budget motels. The mattress could be a little more supportive, but the price is very fair for getting a non-disgusting budget lodging experience, which is very rare these days.

Quaint and easy access, room was cold with a window heater that offered medium heat. had to sleep fully clothed to stay warm since there were no additional blankets or comforter. They moved me to a different room so we will see how it goes.

Immersed in the nature, while shops are far. If you like the nature and the cicadas in the night it will be a great experience. The room is pretty small, there is no space to open more than one luggage at the time, while the queen beds were for short people (I am average to short and I slept with foots outside the bed). Wi-Fi did not reach the room, also the phone signal did not reach in there. Not advised to normal or tall people. Air conditioning is attached to the bed and you may prefer to not use that bed with the vent on your face, even if you do require the two queen beds. Appreciated the complimentary water and snacks. Nice personnel.

The rooms were extremely clean and looked as if tjey had been recently rennovated. A pleasant lack of cigarette smoke. We didn't even see a fly. The walls are paper thin so casual conversation between people in the next room can be heard but noise levels were very low. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the linen was all clean so no complaints. The service and the staff were top notch. If you need a place to stay over night then this is a good place. I would certainly reserve a room again.

ON arrival the property was quite old. At the door was a sign with instructions to deal with the management by phone, since there was no one in the office to speak. A request to see the room, given the apparent state of the property, was refused. After cancellation a refund was requested but the management declined.

The location was fairly neat, but there’s no actual staff member present at the front desk or anywhere on the property. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we texted about the air conditioner and were told the thermostat was on the wall. We turned it on, and it worked for about 15 minutes before shutting off. The next day, I texted to ask if an iron and ironing board were available but received no response. I also reached out again about the AC, as I kept waking up sweating — the room stayed at around 74 degrees all night, and the AC wouldn’t come on until about 10 a.m., only running briefly before turning off again. After three nights of uncomfortable sleep, I texted once more and was ignored until I contacted Hotels.com. To make a long story short, I stayed five nights without any room service, the room remained uncomfortably warm, and the lady on the monitor was unhelpful and confusing. this place was literally amazing. very nice backyard - woodsy area, very quiet and clean rooms with good smelling linens and towels. had a bad experience at another local hotel the night before and this turned everything around. highly recommend! wish i had chosen this place first instead, well worth the money / great value and can self park and contactless check in. really great place if you’re visiting friends on base! super close by and about an hour from philly if you want to be further out

If you’re in the area and need a place to stay for the night, this does the trick. Clean and quiet on the countryside, and very accomodating staff that made sure I could check in even if I arrived late. Would absolutely recommend for this price.

The motel is bare bones, but is clean, everyone there is very, very friendly, and we were comfortable. It was also very quiet. Stay away from the soda machine, though. It charged me 7.99 for. a soda.

I love the fact there is no carpet. I find it so much cleaner with hard floors. I also was very happy with the refrigerator which had a freezer so I could keep my freezer packs frozen for travel the next day. The place has everything I need and is the perfect location for my purposes. Everyone is also very friendly and helpful. I will be back!
