We ended up booking at the last moment due to the Days Inn we originally planned to stay at being disgustingly dirty and smelled like smoke. We were early for our check in and the desk clerk notified us as soon at the room was ready so we could get the family in and unpacked. The breakfast was delicious and had much to choose from. The location to the Carlisle ground was perfect. Parking lot was perfectly sized and had no issues finding a parking spot. We used the in-room microwave, fridge, and supplied utensils/plates/bowls for our left-overs which was a nice touch! We can't wait to be back next year as soon as the dates open up. thanks!

One of the nicest hotels! We got two rooms - one with a double bed and couch bed and another king with a couch bed. Next time we will just get one double bed room knowing that the couch bed is large. Highly recommend. Parking was easier than I expected during an event. The breakfast was wonderful. There was always bananas and apples in the lobby which I took an apple the night we checked in. The only thing that would be better would be if there was a hot tub and not just a chilly pool. The pool was nice enough though.

New hotel, fun decor, substantial breakfast, nice pool, friendly and very helpful staff, free bottled water, looked like nice meeting facilities, lamps, even a couch had charging stations. Bright, airy, kitchenette had everything you could want including full size fridge. Sensor light in ice machine room. Large containers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner in shower, plus lotion at sink. Comfy bed.

The front desk task was very hospitable and accommodating. Checkin and check out were efficient. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and updated. Finally found a go to place on our visits to Carlisle when we visit our daughter. There is ample parking, the surrounding area is quiet so we were able to sleep well with our busy street noise.

Driving back from Maine. Had driven about 550 miles that day. When we arrived the hotel appeared new and in good condition. It was pet friendly and there was amply grassy area for the dog to run. Checking in was fast, the clerk was friendly and helpful what was available in the area. giving us a local map. The room was very clean and large. And the room was quiet. The breakfast that was provided was very good and varied with selections.

The suite was huge! New property but seemed lacking on Hilton quality. There was a truck show in town, and there was no where to park. The front desk told us “they made the parking lot too small” and we could “risk” parking on the street. Breakfast had no meat except pulled pork, which seemed odd for breakfast.

I like the convience of the location to the fairgrounds. I didnt like it was kinda beat up. The room was mostly clean. under the couch in the pullout was dirtyand the shower war moldy in the corners.the door to our room were all dirty and marked up. Also our toliet seat was broken. We brought it up the front desk on checkout. we were told it was a breakaway for safety. Ive never heard of this nor do i understand why its necessary. Beds were also very hard. overall an ok hotel. Probably wouldnt stay again.

The staff was very nice and attentive although room keys didn’t work. The staff had to open our room door since it was after 11pm checkin. The hotel has quickly deteriorated since it opened. We’ve been staying there since 2022 and it’s declined. Lots of tiny ants in the room on the 3rd floor. It was so late we didn’t bother exploring other rooms. Carpets stained and the bathroom and tub was far less than tidy. All I can say is I hope that they make improvements quickly.

This hotel is in a great location, only a ten minute walk from downtown. The room, a single, was humungous. When I walked in and saw a dishwasher, full kitchen with a full size fridge, I thought I got the wrong room. Absolutely clean. And, the breakfast was second to none. Very nice nearly new hotel in a ok part of town. It isn't far from the downtown district with shopping and dining options. They do a manger's dinner on Wednesday night and that was decent. I got in just before 6 and really didn't want to leave again after a long drive. Pizza and salad for dinner with cookies and a glass of wine for dessert! Breakfast is good with plenty of options. I will stay there again because to have dinner and breakfast included in the cost of my room makes for a great value for the money these days. My room was clean, on site parking was available and the staff are friendly.

One of the better breakfasts I have eaten at a value priced hotel lately. One day was scrambled eggs and bacon--impressive. I love they have actual plates, glasses and silverware. The Wednesday social in the evening was excellent!
