Fantastic, looks and feel like a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is ridiculously abundant in quality and variety. Super comfortable room and bathroom. Location is off touristic area but lots of tours either utilizes the hotel or pick up there

I think the President Hotel is an ideal choice for a short stay for anyone visiting Athens for the first time and wanting to immerse themselves in the city. The hotel is conveniently located, with the nearest Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop roughly 10–20 minutes away, while the metro station is also within easy reach, making it relatively straightforward to get to many of Athens’ major attractions and historic sites. The hotel itself offers plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable, but what really stood out to me was the quality of the staff. Everyone, from the front-of-house team and porters to the restaurant staff and cleaners, was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. There is a clear sense that the hotel is very well managed, with the staff working together to create a welcoming and well-organised environment. Overall, the President Hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore Athens, particularly for first-time visitors. Credit should certainly go to the management, as the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team are a real reflection of how well the hotel is run.

The hotel has spent a great deal on the look and common areas such as the lobby, the rooftop pool and restaurant. However the rooms are a bit dated. Staff are not helpful. We booked, and paid upfront, for a room for 2 adults and a child, and on check-in they charged us for a child even though we dont need a cot bed! The views from the rooftop are good. The location is a long walk from the station and away from key sites in the city. They charge for use of their sunbeds, not sure its worth it if you are up for just a couple of hours. Carry your own toiletries, they use the same liquid in shampoo and bodywash bottles! Breakfast is good, good spread and options. Beware, sometimes they carry over food from the previous day. We had to tell the kitchen staff their soup was spoilt (and we knew it was from the previous day, since we had it the previous day). The rooms are air conditioned but not sure if its very powerful. Need to leave it on a very long time for the room to feel moderately cool.

Hotel is perfect, just wish we could move it to a different location closer to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel and room itself were very clean and spacious. There were 3 of us in one room each with a single bed rather than a sofa for one. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Loved the rooftop bar with great views.
