3/5 stars sounds about right. I had paid for a kitchenette but the room faced the highway and the noise was excessive. So I switched to a smaller room with no kitchenette with no noise, but ended up overpaying for what I received. The hotel location is reasonably convenient being just off the highway, but with no grocery store within walking distance. The gym wasn't really useable. Not the hotels fault exactly, but the place was overun by unattended teenagers for the duration of my stay.

Room 110: The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette. This room was across the hall from the ice machine and cleaner's room so we could hear the ice dropping and people at the ice machine plus the cleaning staff talking. The room temperature wasn't working properly. We were either too cold or too hot. The bed was too close to the heating/ cooling system so my partner kept bumping his leg on the bed frame. When we arrived we found nail clippings on the floor. The barn door to the bathroom was flopping around and annoying. The pool was to be open at 7am but didn’t open till 7:30am. The pool was a nice temperature but its only 4 feet deep. The hot tub was disappointing as it wasn't very hot and the jets were weak. Also, my husband had to ask a gentleman to please not smoke in a non-smoking area by the main door entrance. The man was there smoking the next day. The staff could see him from the front desk.

The restaurant down stairs has amazing food. Found the bed was pretty stiff and firm. An the hot tub wasnt very hot and was cooler in the morning when we went for a morning swim. Would highly suggest closing the vent thats above the hot tub so its not blowing cold air right above it constantly.

Rude staff. Had issues at checkin, waterslide is only available 4-8pm. Staff in pool area argued about my son being tall enough....we had to prove it. Then....after my son went down only twice the staff member said my son "looked uncomfortable" so for safety he could no longer use the slide. NEVER AGAIN AT A PRESTIGE PROPERTY!!!

Water slide was not open when it clearly said pool open until 10pm. I wish their site said that the water slide had different hours. Water slide was only open until 8pm, we got in there before 8pm and it was already closed. The person at the front desk was very rude about it and was annoyed that I asked why it was only open until 8pm. I would rather stay at a different hotel with better service for the price that we paid to stay here for ONE night with my family. Also the hot tub didn’t work, the water was warm almost cold! The beds were comfy but too soft because myself and daughter kept rolling to the middle of the bed which was annoying all night. I will never stay at this hotel again!

This hotel was totally comfortable and the service was good. The only issue was that we booked it because it has a waterslide and the water slide had very specific hours so we didn't get to use it which was dissapointing.

Everything was very nice. Only complaint was we stayed for 2 nights after the first night they dumped the garbage containers and put on fresh towels only. We had no soap products or coffee for the coffee maker. I realize it’s a small thing but still required a trip downstairs to the desk or just do without as we did.

I don’t often leave reviews but from check in to check out there was so many issues. The front end staff were not inviting no cheerful welcome. Check in was extremely slow and the front end looks very unorganized. We were given a pet friendly room when we did not request this. Once checked in the room smelled like dogs! I requested a room change but they said they didn’t have an another room available, we were right next to the restaurant and it was extremely noisy after the quiet hours of 9 pm. The beds were soo soft ours dipped into the middle and it was soo noisy all night. The pool has a waterslide but the attendant that was observing would shut it during the hours of operation 4-8 and leave and the kids need to go and request for it to be opened again. The restaurant was also average we didn’t not receive our 25% off for our food bill. I would personally not stay at this hotel again for the cost of the room per night and service received it was very subpar. I am soo disappointed as I have stayed Amat many other prestige hotels and never had this type of experience.

The hotel and staff were great, the only thing that was a problem for us was the other guests. It seemed as though there was a large amount of some group of people (volleyball team?) Staying in the hotel and they were very very loud and disruptive for us as other guests not part of their group. They sat in the lobby until late drinking and being very loud which made walking in and out of the hotel uncomfortable and staff did not have issues with this when it seemed at the very least they shouldnt have allowed alcohol consumption in the lobby. They also made the pool uncomfortable for our children. They again were unreasonably loud, didnt leave space for others, made rude comments to us and our children and were taking photos of us? The amount of people and the level of noise and the lack of room in common spaces due to their presence were a huge disappointment and definitely made our stay unenjoyable. We did wish staff would have taken control of the chaotic common spaces
