Noisy. Dirty room - especially floors. Bathroom fan broken and vent was filthy. First room had a broken thermostat and had to change rooms. This hotel is not for families or business travel. Many hispanic males live there on a permanent basis and fill the lobby in the mornings on their way to loading vans for work. Also some disabled live there as well. Finally, almost impossible to merge onto McKnight road due to a lot of fast moving traffic and you can only travel south as a huge center barrier prevents you from turning left or north.

I was on the first floor and my room was located a few feet from the lobby. There was a celebration going on and everyone gathered there keeping me from relaxing to sleep. The shower rod was broken and would not close and there was hair in the sink , some kind of dried white fluid on the shower rod , a comforter with what looked like a burn hole. The room smells clean , but I had doubts.

This was sold to me as a hampton but is no longer a hampton. The shower was broken. The toilet paper was single ply and very rough. The breakfast was a joke. The soap etc. Were a strong and undesirable scent. The pillows were the wrong size for the bed and there were not enough blankets
