The property was gorgeous. All of it. Design details were beautiful. I am a interior designer, and was very pleased. All the stonework brickwork color palette was gorgeous. I can’t wait for the roof top to open. Right now it’s not open but accessible for guests to see the most beautiful view in San Miguel.

Excellent, well-designed, very nicely appointed hotel with fabulous architectural style and details. Staff could not have been better. Great service in the bars and restaurants. Very convenient location on the edge of the old town.

Beautiful, well designed luxury hotel. The breakfast was superb. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. They have an amazing rooftop area. It was closed during our stay due to it was being used for their New Years Eve party. When open, I imagine having drinks and dining up there would be wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any requests or needs you have. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The location is convenient to all the historic center sites and the adjoining streets are very picturesque. Highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again when visiting beautiful San Miguel de Allende

Hotel is walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The valet person, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and their conchas were a hit with my kids. Beds are very comfortable but keep in mind that there is outside noise at night. It didn’t bother us but others might be sensitive to the noise. Their pool is cold and not really for kids. More like a lounging spot to sunbathe and do some reading.

Even though the parking is not on the facility, there’s staff took the car to the parking facility. We went during high season. 9/15/25 Staff called to make sure what time we were gonna get there they waited for us at the door-to make our stay pleasant. Great experience would do it all over again.

Beautiful hotel. Old original building mixed with new materials that complement the old part to give an amazing place to stay. Great attention to detail in the room and wonderful room service; everything you need thoughtfully provided, from shortbread left in the room after the turn down service, to plenty of moisturizer, umbrella - that we didn’t need! - and a quality Nespresso maker, not cheap plastic! We felt very well cared for. We chose the ‘breakfast included’ option and service fluctuated from excellent to a bit hit and miss! One cautionary note: the ‘pool’ is literally a dipping pool/ plunge. Small. Chairs but no shade and they were preparing for an event on the rooftop - which did have incredible city views. Note: there are 2 Casa 1810’s. We stayed in the Park not Centro. We visited Centro -equally a quality hotel or so it looked. But preferred our location a few easy blocks from the center. Thankyou.

Pretty sure this hotel is run by a corporation. Compared to other places you could stay in San Miguel, this hotel is more impersonal than most -nice finishes, but loud music playing during the day which you can hear from the room, coffee and food at restaurant were not great at all (feels rather value-engineered). Also the room layout was not good --bathroom was actually located in the bedroom (except for the toilet). Awkward and not private.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and so attentive. We had a stunning corner room, but it was a little noisey with street sounds. The staff anticipated this and left earplugs on our pillow. I’m sure other rooms were more quiet, but we loved the Mexican luxury of our room.

We were given a room with a window that opened up to a brick wall. We told them that my husband is claustrophobic but they would not change our rooms. We asked to pay for an upgrade but they said no rooms are available. My husband was miserable the entire stay and had an anxiety attack. After speaking with the hotel manager Roberto he said they can’t give us credit for our inconvenience bc we booked through Expedia. I told he could credit my Amex card but he wouldn’t do it. He offered to move us to their sister hotel however we had 3 rooms and he could not accommodate all of us. We were there for a birthday vacation with our friends so we didn’t want to separate to a different hotel They gave us a bottle of wine for compensation. We told them they should indicate on their website that the room has obstructed view of a brick wall. Also the air conditioning leaked all over the floor, and I almost fell coming into the room , and my carry on bag was wet. There was no apology or anything. To add to our issue our room backed to the receptionist so we heard the noise the entire time. This hotel came recommended from friends but I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone. It was very expensive and there are so many more beautiful and less expensive choices .

This is the smaller and newer Casa 1810 in San Miguel, walkable from the town square. Everything about it is perfectly done. The rooms may actually be a bit larger than Casa 1810 Centro.

Casa 1810 Parque is ideally situated on a quiet street easily walkable to everything in San Miguel de Allende. The facility is truly beautiful. The design is all quite thoughtful. It feels like you are in a centuries- old home but with all modern conveniences. We were delighted to be upgraded to a third floor suite. We would have preferred a pull-down shade to block the glass room door vs. interior curtains, which were very difficult to pull closed as we closed our door every time we departed. The bathroom was beautiful but it would have been nice to have had a door between the sink area and main room. The eating area and bar and roof deck are all gorgeous. Try the mezcal negroni - you are in for a treat! We’d gladly return!

This property is stunningly beautiful and in a great area, walking to everything. We loved everything about the hotel, including the staff and service but our room was on the first floor behind reception and had a view of a dark brick wall. We asked to move but they had no availability. So, I would suggest booking on a higher floor.

Staff was fantastic, especially Aaron who was our server one night and for breakfast. Overall i would have rated them a five but the last night there was party on the terrace and that noise permeated into the room (we were right below the terrace) where we were staying. Music was blaring as well close to midnight. Did not do well for us as we had an early departure.

When the hotel was booked, within minutes I received a welcome email as well as a whatsapp message. They offered and arranged transportation services from the airport. The staff were excellent at catering to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and very well located.

It was all we expected and more, our room on street side a bit noisy so we were upgraded for free to a larger room away from the street, breakfasts were all great off the menu with variety of choices. Staff is excellent, very friendly. The wait staff is excellent, did not get all their names but Miguel, Denisse, Sheyla and I think his name is Alejandro were great and friendly with out exception every body was great. the reception staff was very helpful and friendly, so was the manager of the restaurant.. food is great .. I will be back !!

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, las instalaciones están nuevas, con una decoración muy bien hecha, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y con todas las amenidades. Lo que le falta para ser perfecto es capacitar a los meseros del restaurante, tienen excelente actitud pero se confunden mucho, todos atienden todas las mesas y al final se les olvida todo y es el capitán el que termina haciendo las cosas por ellos.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. So walkable to everything. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Espresso machine in room was a nice touch. The hotel is centrally located. It is a beautiful property, with very gorgeous decor and stonework details. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and delightful to have in the sunlit courtyard. It was easy to walk to most places, and great restaurants surrounded the property. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again in future.

Casa 1810 Parque is ideally situated on a quiet street easily walkable to everything in San Miguel de Allende. The facility is truly beautiful. The design is all quite thoughtful. It feels like you are in a centuries- old home but with all modern conveniences. We were delighted to be upgraded to a third floor suite. We would have preferred a pull-down shade to block the glass room door vs. interior curtains, which were very difficult to pull closed as we closed our door every time we departed. The bathroom was beautiful but it would have been nice to have had a door between the sink area and main room. The eating area and bar and roof deck are all gorgeous. Try the mezcal negroni - you are in for a treat! We’d gladly return!

Hotel is walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The valet person, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and their conchas were a hit with my kids. Beds are very comfortable but keep in mind that there is outside noise at night. It didn’t bother us but others might be sensitive to the noise. Their pool is cold and not really for kids. More like a lounging spot to sunbathe and do some reading.

This is a beautiful property with an outstanding staff—from the front desk with Daniela and Luis to the bell boys and room cleaning. They are warm and welcoming, thoughtful and very accommodating. The hotel looks much more lovely than in photos. The beds are super comfortable with good quality sheets. At night they brought in cookies. There were fresh apples for us. Bottles of water. The bathroom was excellent and well stocked. The included breakfast served in a very pretty courtyard has vegan and vegetarian options. The food was consistently good and very fresh, served beautifully, very generous portions. The service does take time so we gave them our breakfast order the night before so we could be served just after 8 am when they opened and be ready for tour/taxi at 9 am. We had dinner at the hotel as well a couple of nights. As the location is very central in the historic area, everything is within an easy walk—though the entire area is hilly with cobbled stones streets. Uber is very safe, inexpensive, and we used it to go to the Botanical Garden and a couple of other places. We highly recommend Don Taco Tacqueria (a short 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel) for outstanding vegan food. it is a very small place, extremely popular, so make a reservation. La Cabria is also close by and open till 4 pm—another outstanding place for vegan food. SMA is very safe (lots of American senior women walking around alone), the food is fabulous, the people are gentle and friendly.

My only complain was during breakfast, the breakfast that is included is great my only issue is that the waiter offered us a piece of bread and we said yes. After we had finish the bread and our breakfast, he came back with a tab for the two breads but he had never mentioned there was an extra charge. we paid 9 Dolls for two pieces of bread, which is not the cost that bothered me but the fact that the waiter did not let us know when he offered the bread. This property hands down was the best place we stayed during our trip to Mexico. The staff was amazing. They were all so very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean and well appointed. A lovely small hotel in a restored historic building in central San Miguel de Allende. The property has a nice restaurant and bar with seating area. The rooms are spacious and well lit, with a lovely brick ceiling. A delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. We would definitely stay again.
