Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites

Fantastic hotel! Comfortable bed, clean linens, great bathroom, and awesome climate control. What more could you ask for.

I booked a handicapped/ wheelchair accessible room, I am in a wheelchair. I called twice to make sure that I would have that room. After checking in I was put in room 319 on the third floor, to access the elevator I needed to go through a heavy glass door, there was an automatic button on the wall so I pushed it expecting the door to open it did not. I pushed it again it did not open, the clerk said oh it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I had to have someone help me open the door so I could wheel my chair through it. I got on the elevator and entered my accessible room, was clean and good size, I entered the bathroom and noticed there were no grab bars around the toilet and no seat for the tub. I wheeled to the phone to call the front desk to be moved but the phone did not work. I had to wheel all the way down to the desk to speak to the clerk, again the heavy glass door did not open and I had to wait for someone to open it. At the desk I was given a key to check another room, when opening the door the room was already occupied. So again back through the door that doesn’t open to the desk. I was then told sorry we don’t have any other rooms!!!!! I need grab bars around the toilet and a seat for the shower… none provided and no one cared. I had no choice but to stay in that room, almost fell trying to use the toilet and no shower. Being on the 3rd floor and in a wheelchair, if there was a fire and the elevator didn’t work I could not get out, Not ADA compliant

Staff member (can’t remember his name) but he was working Saturday, September 5, 2026 and shift was ending at 3 pm, he was so very nice, friendly and helpful by putting football on the tv in breakfast area for us. Advertise hot tub which was a polar plunge-it was not functioning and looked like it hadn’t been for a while. Indoor pool rather cloudy-not sure if it is regularly maintained. At 4 pm, had to ask housekeeping if our room could be done by 5 pm and she stated she would do it next so it was done by 5 pm-but not sure if we hadn’t asked when it would have been done - that really is unacceptable. Selected this hotel based on reviews that were over 9 out of 10. Of course, reviews are subjective but this hotel does not rate a 9.

Check-in and check out was easy and flawless. The room itself was very spacious , but could use a mild refreshing. Included breakfast was excellent. Location and access to Easton was excellent. All in all a good value.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good, pool clean, staff helpful and friendly.
