Royal Garden Reynosa

What guests think

At Royal Garden Reynosa, travelers frequently praise the friendly, attentive staff, generally clean spaces, and convenient, safe parking and location, while repeated complaints mention limited honored breakfasts, unreliable air conditioning, stained or damp carpets, and a dirty or unavailable pool.

Guests report spacious, quiet rooms, though some find beds hard, TV/cable controls confusing, and parts of the property dated. Dining feedback is mixed, with several enjoying the restaurant and breakfast, but multiple reviews citing limited options, extra charges or inclusions restricted to two guests, and occasional dinner closure. Best for practical stopovers where value and convenience matter more than polished details.
