Property was nice and clean. I liked the secure elevators. Staff was nice. If I had a suggestion it would be a nicer shower head but that’s just being picky. 10/10.

I liked this hotel except no breakfast was included. I can’t rate the food because we didn’t eat it, however, I did not hear any complaints. I enjoyed the outside spaces to sit out. Room size was enormous. Very responsive to requests. The “store” was very handy and had a lot of snack choices. Pool is small but well kept.

I was there to attend a wedding in Warrenton and this hotel was very conveniently located. It has an indoor pool, nice but too small for swimming laps. I booked a suite, but it was just a larger room (and maybe a larger bathroom). I expected it would have a separate room or area with seats and some other features, so it was a bit disappointing.

Very clean. Pool was impressive. Was very warm and clean and had good pool towels. The restaurant was a disappointment. Only one person working the bar/waitressing. We ordered 2 kids meals of chicken tenders and they waited until the adults’ food was coming out to tell us they ran out of chicken tenders. Why not tell us right away? They were the only kids there. My kids were very disappointed and they really didn’t try to expedite anything else for them. Had very disappointed young kids.

It took over 40 minutes to check in because the room key didn\'t work. I had to go back to check in on three different occasions. Finally they sent a maintenance person to check on the door. Meanwhile I am standing in the hallway with my luggage. The maintenance guy randomly just walks away and leaves his equipment in the hallway with no indication of what\'s going on. Finally i get into the room and it smells so bad. I ask if another room was available. After waiting another 25minutes i say "it\'s fine. I\'ll just deal with it" and go to bed. I checked out asap the next morning.

We had a King Room, the room was spacious and modern. All the plug in things you need. The bed was very comfortable, towels were decent. Did not hear neighbors. Enjoyed this hotel! Had not read the fine print careful on the Pet Fee and was disappointed to get stuck with the $75 pet fee, nearly doubled our one night stay price.

We liked everything except the tv. We could not get channels that were important to us. We were there for the Solheim Cup. We couldn’t get NBC to watch the afternoon. We twice had someone look at it and each time were told sorry they didn’t know what was wrong. That was unacceptable.

Hotels in this area do not charge a separate fee for a breakfast buffet that was meteocre at best but this one did. Most offer complimentary breakfast. The fee was $15.99 per/person and options were very limited plus the staff on hand wasted no time in bringing you the check in attempt for a quick turnover. Very displeased with the cost and quality of the breakfast.
