No one present at check-in. Property called us and said the rooms would be unlocked with the key inside the room. We didn't have enough towels and there was no one there to provide more. I get that this is a budget hotel but even for a budget stay it was disappointing. No desk of any kind. No amenities like coffee of any kind. Just basic bar of soap.

A quick trip up the street brought you right to Patriots place. Very convenient place to stay. The only downfall was no closet or cubbie to hang your clothes.

We were heading to Gillette and this location is ideal. .80 walk to south side gate u can’t beat it and the motel is on the same side as the stadium which is convenient. Room was what I expected bit run down but was thankful for an a/c, clean bedding and they left waters. The down side was that the outlet next to the bed seemed to only work when the over head light was on. The cpap machine a family member uses was not used that night.

Place needs renovation as soon as possible ,entry door has no dead lock and it’s not safe,electrical receptacles not properly working (loosening connections constantly)beds kinda ok,smell in a room is not good,but to sleep one night is ok

The staff was so kind! The gentleman even called us to see if we needed a late check in because we were attending a sports event. We arrived after the game to a very neat and tidy room.

The room was very musty, especially the bathroom. The floor tiles at the entrance to the bathroom were cracked and loose. The shower drain was super slow and caused the basin to overflow. The towels were dirty with black spots. I would not stay there again.

Perfect motel for the night for the concert we went too, very clean and close to the stadium. Staff was so accommodating and welcoming. Called the day before for some information, he was so helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Not as presented online, we felt unsafe the entire night, the lock barely latched, tv didn’t work, no outlets in bathroom, 1 outlet for the whole room…couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning.

We checked in, walked into room..left and got a room at Patriot place for a CHEAPER rate for Thursday night. It was old, out dated, and felt unsafe. There was a portable potty right outside our room. We came into town for a concert. Location is convenient but don’t expect much.

It was getting late and I found this place randomly, it’s not like hotels I’ve stayed in but the employees were very nice and I haven’t slept so good in a very long time. It was nice and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable. I will absolutely go back and true to traveling they were very accommodating. I’d take it over a chain any day.

I liked how the room was until I tried to use the tv with my wire for Amazon, it kept shutting off every time. I also use this room for a late valentines surprise. I was suppose to get my $50 refund back but it was not fair how I didn’t not get it back.

The AC worked well, the sheets were nice and the water was hot. Overall - the room itself was pretty poor. There are no outlets in the bathroom or near any mirrors and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. There was a broken window above the AC (the outside window, not the inside) and the shattered glass hadn’t been picked up. Basically, the room does not match the cost. You are paying for location, not quality. But the basic needs were met.
