Liked the view from room, swimming pool, hot tub & gaming room. Didn\'t like: Kitchen floor was literally busted. the vinyl planks were torn off and some very heavily squeaky. Microware frame was broken Bedroom TV was century old CRT type 14" screen. Sofa bed was broken and not working. Provided Air mattress were leaking air and had to call four times to address it. No call-back or response from first three attempt. Provided solution after fourth attempt.

Great place, amazing staff. I would stay again. I wish you didn’t have to drive or walk to the sauna and hot tub

The actual condo was very nice and and clean. Looks like they have rennovated it in the recent past as the kitchen was very nice. Only complaint was the Wifi was not working the first night or morning but that was fixed and the pull out bed was broken, however they did provide an inflatable mattress upon request. In addition, it's extremely convenient as it's right there by sugar mountain in the Sugar Village. Definitely would stay there again.

Cozy, comfortable, and great views. Large townhome felt like it was its own place , kinda like cabin in the woods on the side of a mountain overlooking beach mountain. Cant wait to go back.

The view was great from the balconies on each level. This is an older timeshare unit that has undergone some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms so that was a plus. It does need new more updating with the living area furniture and the beds. The vent in the master bath was extremely filthy and I understand it’s a tall ceiling but it needs to be checked at least a few times throughout the year. The heating system is quite old as one of the floor units face plates was literally laying on the floor. We were there for just a couple of days in between some some snow showers so needless to say the floors got really nasty by the doors because there are no carpet mats to wipe feet off on. Otherwise , the unit definitely served us well to be so close to the ski slopes .
