Person checking in was great however I was told there would be a shuffle to the airport at 5 am thus I made my reservation however at check in I learned the shuttle won’t run until too late for making my flight!!! I spent extra to stay here and now have to pay to get a ride I was promised would be available. Not a happy camper!!!

We had no water for at least a 24 hr time period and were only offered 1, 16 oz bottle of water. We had already paid for our stay which was for a 5 night stay. No toilets, no showers and nothing offered to offset the inconvenience. Then being on the 5th floor the elevators were out of service. Makes it hard when someone with knee issues has to do 5 flights of stairs especially with luggage.

When we arrived at the airport we tried to call for transportation. Phone rang at least 25 times. Finally called another Hampton Inn and asked them to call for us. After checking in we tried to call the desk twice with no answer. Went down to tell clerk and he was very 😠. Said it was very busy and sometimes he had to take a bathroom break. It was around 8:00 pm with no other guests in sight! Sorry that we have reservations for next Sunday. Are we too late to cancel?

I am satisfied more than enough for the greeting and the state of the hotel but there is a but... I was unfortunate enough te reserve a room that has been plastered/ sanded ans painted very recently. The post work clean -up was not up to my standard. Got exzema rashes fron the dusty sheets and allergies fron the AC prefilters I decided to clean myself and the duuuust.. from the rug to the shelves ans facecloth omg. Otherwise super well maintained and confortable plus quiet

Our room was great except for 1 thing. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We notified the front desk and then went to dinner when we returned we found a plunger in the bathroom and the toilet still clogged. We called to front desk several times and received different stories every time. They offered to move us to a different room but at 10:30 at night that wasn’t an option. The day manager couldn’t do anything on the price since I booked the through Expedia but comped us with points

Our room had stains in the bathroom. The bathroom door was covered in something that looked like vomit or a spilled drink that was not cleaned. The carpet had a wet spot. And the bed had a white powder on the lower cover. When asked about cleaning those areas the front desk woman gave us the cleaning supplies to do it ourselves. I had booked to suites at the same time on the same invoice. But yet one room was on the second floor and one on the forth. I was told that they were too booked and couldn’t get us on the same floors let alone adjoining rooms like I was supposed to get.

The stay was great. We did have to wait to check in due to the room not being ready by check in time which was annoying after driving 9 hours. We also had to switch rooms once we were in it because the door didn’t lock but the staff was extremely accommodating and did an amazing job with our requests. The breakfast was good too!

The hotel was very nice, with nice updated furniture. Very clean. Large TV in your room. Indoor pool and the late checkout time of noon was nice. The only negative was being charged a $35.00 fee for incidentals. I'm ok with putting a credit card on file for any damages I may cause, but being charged money on top of the agreed upon price online was a cheap shot at my wallet.

Front desk took about 5 minutes to walk out from the back then hardly spoke / like I was bothering him - I’m a Honors Gold member snd had already checked in online, just needed a key. Acted like he couldn’t find my name - finally said bluntly “spell it” / then just wrote the number on the key holder and gave it to me / not a word - no water was offered for being a member…nothing. Won’t cime back next trip through

We confirmed a room with 2 queen beds and when we checked in they had a king room for us. Because of the number of guests we had, we didn’t have an acceptable place for everyone to sleep. They would not accommodate us. We called Expedia and we finally got someone that told us we had to leave the property in 10 mins. Horrible experience and we will never use Expedia again.

I liked everything about the location, it was close to downtown, which is where I needed to be for work most days. There was plenty to do within walking distance during my downtime. I had a studio suite with a large mounted TV, mini fridge and microwave. It was quiet with very few disturbances.

Theres a huge mall and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean. Overall, we will most likely stay here again when we pass this way.

Check-in was fine. Studio room was great for the 3 of us in one room. Arrangement of lighting for sinks and bathroom was awkward: while others asleep, switch for bathroom is on outside, so when bathroom door is opened, light fills the entire room potentially waking up those asleep. Also, with sink positioned in open space, the same lighting issue occurs. Most unsatisfactory issue was breakfast: Approached breakfast area at 6:35 only to find no regular coffee available (only decaf). It took 25 minutes to provide regular coffee!

Definitely exceeded expectations for the price point. Smoothest check in I’ve ever had, clean rooms, huge shower, excellent breakfast options . Super convenient location. Really couldn’t ask for more at this price. Would definitely stay here again.
