The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The workout room had a variety of options and all of the machines worked. The only deduction in a star was the maid service overlooking making up the hide a bed sofa for our children.

Rooms appeared clean. The problem I had was with controlling the room temperature. Tried to regulate via the screen with no results. Very cool the first night. Young man came up next day and showed me the thermostat on wall which controls heat! I missed having a refrigerator in the room. The breakfasts were plentiful. Staff was helpful.

No fridge or microwave in room, which is usually a plus. The noise....the room above, thump, thump, thump...the hallway doors slamming...the outside vehicle noise. Putting earplugs on the vanity may be a plus. The continental breakfast was fine and having a coffee maker in the room was a plus. Maintenance maybe hasn't noticed yet but one side of the shower door needing fixing so it can slide open.

He had me helped well over a week before i even got there. The room was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was... OK... using Kabasa sausages over breakfast sausage my wife and i didnt like at all, and neither did the others i talked to... but it was ok....
