The location was very nice and definitely within walking distance to the shops in town. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good enough. And had a beautiful view and the commons area looking out at the countryside. A nice back porch to sit on with rocking chairs. We set up till about midnight playing cards in the commons area. There was a TV out there as well. Overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends

Close to everything but quiet. Just adults as there is no pool. The biscuits were fabulous. Next time will request second floor as water moving through pipes kept me awake.

Great stay and very nice accommodations. We had to go to the main hotel, two miles away for breakfast which is a bit inconvenient but the place is very nice and clean.

Within walking distance of shops. Nice safe area, quiet. Slight inconvenience having to go to the main lodge for breakfast. Would be nice to have ice access for this property and a microwave in the rooms.

The Berlin Heritage Inn was a very nice property. The staff were very friendly yet professional. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the valley behind. There is a lovely deck off the dining room. I spent every evening sitting and just enjoying the view and the wonderful weather. Breakfast was a nice assortment of cold options and other options that could be heated. I would definately return to this property.

Upon check-in, we had to pay a damage deposit upfront, then we were told our reservation was not at the current building but 1 mile down the road up 19 wet steps, carrying our luggage outdoors in the rain with no cover. Then if that wasn’t bad enough, we had to go travel back to the main building which again was 1 mile to get any ice or beverages or our breakfast in the morning. There was one plus. The room was clean. We are seniors and will NOT recommend or return.

we stayed at the carriage house 2/14/2025 room was very cold 62 degrees when we arived. had to turn the heat on ourselves and left for 2 hrs . room was so dusty you could wright your name in the dust on all the furniture.

Costumer service was lacking. Room was dirty. Told office and lady came and cleaned room. Left dirty cleaning towels on bathroom counter. Hair all over. Carpet was dirty with huge stain. Couch had cumbles on it. Sheets looked slept on. They did not bring towels or other things in. My husband had to go retrieve items from office. We had stayed here several times before but this will be the last.

Our stay was excellent. We hated to leave. We stayed in The Carriage House suite 7. It has a private hot tub outside and Jacuzzi Inside. Very quiet and comfortable. In walking distance to main strip and food. We will definitely visit again.

The main hotel has two other properties that are a part of their property. We stayed in the annex which is a block off of the main street. Very convenient to everything and also walkable. The room we had was very large and roomy. It also had a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi. It was a very nice suite and nothing to complain about but just one thing. There were french doors that opened onto a private roof deck and above the doors was a large half moon window. All very nice until it was time to sleep. The french doors only had sheers on their windows and the large half moon had no curtains. There is a street light just outside the windows. The room was never dark. I would recommend some kind of curtain that you could pull across them to block out the light. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable room. Everything was really within walking distance, but it was rather cold when we were there so we just went up the street and parked behind the main street stores. Very easy.

Our room had a huge jacuzzi. It was clean and updated. Whoever rented the room above decided to use their jacuzzi at 2:30 am. Quite noisy. Not the hotel’s fault. Respect one another. We stayed at their carriage house which made us closer to town. Since it was a half mile from the main inn you would have to drive there for free breakfast and coffee unless you enjoy long walks. But you could easily walk to get homemade breakfast.

Nice hotel.I liked the fact that we had a front and back door so we could access our car easily or the inside of the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the walls seem very thin and our neighbors were loud.

This property is walking distance to downtown Berlin, so it's a pleasure to walk around on a nice sunny day. Parking at the hotel is plentiful. Good breakfast choices. Bathroom toilet and shower were very small, with the toilet low and very close to the floor. Not pleasant.

They charged our credit card for a vandalism charge BEFORE we checked out. I thought they should've done that. I made them check our room before we left the premises, they credited our card. That was VERY UPSETTING, probably won't stay there again.

The lady that checked us in had a very unfriendly attitude. It was as if she was mad that we showed up. The so called breakfast wasnt fit for a dog. They had a pancake maker but no mix. It said full breakfast but it had gross sandwiches that stuck to the plastic. I will never book there again. They dont even try to make you feel welcome.

We were happy with the Berlin Heritage Inn and would stay there again. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed when we arrived, as there were 3-4 people waiting to check in. The breakfast wasn't what we really expected, mostly microwaveable options.

The Carriage House is a distance from the main hotel, which required us to travel back to the hotel for breakfast or any needs. Apparently there also is a two night stay required for the Carriage House on Fridays and Saturdays. We didn't know this when we booked. Unfortunately we got food poisoning the second day and Berlin Heritage Inn would not refund us for the second day, even though we checked out early afternoon. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Not an awful experience but not a great one either. Berlin Grande has better rooms and service; pricing is often better too.

We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Heritage Inn. The location was perfect, being centrally located to all the towns we wanted to visit and was next door to our favorite shops, Sheyiah Market stores. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included some microwaveable eggs and sausage biscuits, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and hard boiled eggs. My friend tried the prepared omelet and was a little disappointed to find it filled with what looked like cheese whiz. But otherwise, the breakfast was fine and it was nice that they offered more than just continental with some variety.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Our car was right outside our room and the parking lot was well lit at night. The blackout curtains really worked. It was a good value for the money. It was walking distance to town for interesting shopping experiences. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice location near shopping. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and plenty of space. The breakfast was good. Biscuits & Gravy, egg with cheese or jimmy deans breakfast sandwiches along with an assortment of pastries. I would stay here again.

Have stayed here on 4-5 visits, always very clean and comfortable beds. We have a couple places we like to stay at and this is one of them. Little disappointed in the breakfast, use to be fresh cooked and now all precooked, bagged a needs microwave. Still in the covid era. 🙁
