I booked this location because it had a gym and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately during my stay, the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the gym at the hotel had broken equipment with signage indicating that the machines were non operational. Plus there was no light switch in the gym so exercising on the treadmill (the only machine that was working) had to be done in the dark. It’s not what I expected for a “Hilton” brand name hotel.

I would like yo say , my room was great size. The lotion the provide smells amazing. Their were no bed bugs. The breakfast was average. Not bad. The downside the carpet had lots of stains in our room . Dirty. The staff was not friendly . Just kinda stared at you when walking by. The hot tub was closed down because the heater is broke. They will not spend the money to fix it. On the internet it says the pool is open till 11 p.m. but on property the pool says 10 pm. Durning the day there are a lot of wasp flying around the pool. Well looking up their is a wasp nest in the corner of the building. Your likely to get stung durning the day at the pool. At night the pool didnt light up . Super dark. Super jealous of the hotel next to us . The pools are right next to each other. Their hot tub worked and the pool light up beautifully. All in all i would not stay their again.

I’ll start by saying we only paid about $112 per night. That’s a great price these days, especially when breakfast and parking are included. Bed very comfortable. We moved from one room to another due to extremely noisy AC unit. The other unit was still very loud. Pool and spa construction was going on which didn’t affect us at all. Bravo for keeping up the pool. However, the tacky signs around the property did not look professional. They were taped to the walls and in elevator with blue painter’s tape - and pretty poorly at that. It doesn’t cost anything to make a decent sign. Food was ok. Bacon very crisp and good. Always like waffles we can make ourselves. Eggs a potatoes could have been hotter. Not impressed with the coffee - bitter and too strong. One elevator was out of order and the electronic key lock on side door was broken. So it was a mixed bag. For the price we could handle the small inconveniences (except for noisy AC). Cleanliness and comfortable bed were the main things we needed for our overnight stay.

The hotel itself had no AC, it was extremely warm the entirety of our stay. The pool was closed. I specifically stayed here for the on site laundry service as I was there for a week but the front desk never had change so we had to walk to nearby facilities to try and get change. The elevator was broken when we first got there and we got stuck inside. The lady who answered our call in the elevator answered and heard us tell her we were stuck and then put us on hold, a few minutes went by and the elevator ended up getting us to where we needed to be but when my friend went to the desk to talk with the staff she told us it’s been having issues and she was about to call the fire department. The communication would have been nice while we were actually stuck in there, not after. She also got annoyed with us for telling her she should put a sign up so nobody else gets stuck in that elevator. Overall it was a very mediocre hotel stay. I wasn’t very impressed.

I usually love staying at Hampton. This hotel is in need of a remodel. The hallway was hot and smelled. The carpet in the room was showing its age. The pool was closed in the middle of July- wish this information had been posted on website. The room was fine for one night. The front desk staff was great.

They have a good staff, very nice. My only complaint is that there where a few things that could have been fixed the sprinkler in our room was just hanging not flush to the ceiling, there was a metal bracket sticking out of one of the beds, and the shower curtain was torn. The breakfast was good and the gym was great and had fun at the heated pool, hot tube didn’t work though.

Front desk was great! Any interactions I had were pleasant. Even finding my sons tablet that he forgot. I really appreciate it. Convenient location, free parking and breakfast was the reason we stayed here. Biggest down side was the cleanliness. Upon entering the room you get with a stinch and humid from. Carpets were the first thing that caught my attention. They are filthy!!! Red stains and dirt throughout you would think it was an outdoor rug! We all kept are shoes on and near by throughout the night. Also tearing on the edges of the carpet. The restroom outdated and mold on the ceiling. Walls and lamp shade had stains on it. Everything that was a blanket or cushion was stained badly. I can’t believe I was at a Hilton owned hotel. I would never stay here again. Photos will show what I’m saying. And not just exaggerating. Completely fell short and needs majors updating.

The property outside the building was very trashy. There was garbage everywhere and the dog waste retainers where overflowing with garbage. Our room was gross too. The carpet had rips and was stained everywhere. There was gum stuck to the wall and there was only one small trash receptacle in the room. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn and Suite again because it was so trashy. I also notice guests smoking Marijuana in the rooms smelling it as I walked down the main hallways.

Our stay was for a family gathering. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast fast was good. However, in the room adjacent to mine, the occupants had a dog. One evening the dog was constantly barking. When I notified the front desk they informed me that the room occupants were long term and had a “special arrangement”. Ultimately they said they were aware and that others had also complained but, they couldn’t do anything about it.

The room was not ready when it was time to check in. The people at the front end were not so Friendly, they looked like they were overworked.They did mention that the hotel was at full capacity and that it had been doing that for a while. When we got to our room, there was no towels or soap. There were soap bottles but empty and they said there was a shortage of housekeepers. The bed was done but things were missing. The next morning checkout was at 12. We called at 10:30 to let them know if we could have 30 min. And the front desk very rudely said no. That they needed the room and that check out was 12. I told her I needed it towels and she said come and get them and i need you out at 12. They had our room ready at 4:30 the day before but could not give me 30 minutes to shower and i still had to get my own stuff. Front end needs more training or just to get a different job.

This property is set back off the street which helps to give it a quiet and restful feel. My room was facing the gas station at Costco, yet I didn’t hear any of the traffic activity there. Neither did I hear my neighbors in their rooms which I appreciated. So, I got plenty of peace and quiet staying at this motel.

Staff nice, parking safe, room clean, bathroom clean. We stayed at this hotel because we had an event to attend at the Yaamava Casino. It was a 17 min drive with lots of restaurants around area. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns throughout the country and sm. Hilton Honors member. This property is in dire need of an update and cleaning. Breakfast was terrible and the chairs in the breakfast area were dirty. There was trash piled up in the corner of the ice machine area.
