Great Location, Terrible Customer Service My 10-year-old son and I stayed here Saturday night for his soccer tournament across the street. The location was perfect, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I was originally booked at the Residence Inn but was moved to the Courtyard because of an AC issue. I never received any notification about the change. When I arrived at the Residence Inn, the front desk employee was rude and made me feel like I was at the wrong place instead of simply explaining the situation. The worst experience was Sunday morning. After my son's 8 AM game, we returned around 9:20 AM and I asked the front desk if breakfast was still being served. The employee simply told me to go over and “see if they are still serving.” At the restaurant, my son and I waited about 15 minutes while the employee there repeatedly looked at us but never acknowledged us or offered to help. The front desk employee then walked past us, went into the kitchen, joked with the staff, and walked right back past us without saying a word. With a hungry 10-year-old, we eventually gave up and left to find breakfast elsewhere. The location is great, but basic hospitality and customer service were seriously lacking. If we return for another tournament, I have no problem driving 10–15 minutes farther to stay somewhere else.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful but the property is dated. The room was clean, bathroom bath was in need of a renovation. The breakfast was generous and had many options.
