What guests think

At Hotel & Spa Villa Vergel, guests frequently highlight friendly staff and a handy location opposite the water park, while several also note dated facilities, some maintenance shortcomings, variable value for money, and occasional street noise late into the night.

The pools and gardens are appreciated, though one guest found the pool water cold and some poolside furniture looks worn. Rooms draw mixed feedback: some are comfortable and spacious, but others report small bathrooms, dim lighting, small TVs, and in some cases no air conditioning. Cleanliness earns praise overall, with a few reports of cockroaches and plumbing issues, and service—though often kind—had isolated serious lapses. Expect a traditional stay suited to relaxation and convenience, with trade‑offs in modernity.
