I recently stayed at the Hampton. I had knee surgery and selected an accessible room while i recovered before flying back home. The room itself was pretty spacious. The bathroom, however didn't meet my needs. There was no handle near the toilet, which made it difficult to use. The day before we left, the elevator broke down. We thought it would be fixed by the time we left the following day. However, it was still unoperable when we checked out. We were on the third floor. I was unable to put any weight on my left leg, so going down three flights of stairs on crutches seemed impossible. When my Husband discussed alternatives with the front desk staff, they suggested we call the ambulance for them to bring me down in a gurney. With my husband's help, I hopped down. He had to carry our bags and my wheelchair down himself. The front desk clerk was apologetic and quite nice.

Customer Service All Staff was great!! Breakfast great too, good variety!! Staff and guests friendly and welcoming. Everything was Great with the exception of the SLOW Elevators!!!! Other guests on same floor rooms across from ours took stairs to 3rd floor after waiting so long andby the time the elevator came and took us to the 3rd floor we meet them at our room doors!!! And management should consider placing young kids or large pets on lower floors. We were on the 3rd floor and the guests above us child or large dog ran until.2AM!!! I actually asked for a particular type of room/smoking room because they are away from most guest and its less noise!!! Other than those 2 random inconvenience everything was 5 star ratings!!!!

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, clean hotel, friendly & efficient staff, plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Only downer was swimming pool being out of order. We'll definitely stay here if we visit the area again.

Everything is great except the pool. The swimming pool was so nasty. It had green funk growing on the sides of it and leaves and trash was in the water. The water looked nasty and so hot. Very disappointed, we would not let kids swim in it.

Location great but dangerous to cross traffic to enter property Pool was closed the entire 4 nights we were there. Water needed to be tested?? Hilton now really skimps on things such as tea bags.. soap.. Asked to have room cleaned once in 4 days and they never did it until the following day. Did not make list. All staff was excellent except a new younger woman that had only worked a month. She just wasn’t a good choice for the job. Other staff greeted you with smiles.. helped you in directions and just made day pleasant for you. We have stayed at Hampton inns for years. This hotel was not advertised well. Lots of noisy traffic.. small pool.. No outdoor space.. Not going back to this hotel.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. I booked and didn’t not get any notification that the pool was down. That is false advertisement. They should take that down. I would have gone somewhere else. They didn’t even offer a partial refund

Checked in and I almost slipped and fell in the room, floor in foyer and restroom stayed damp. We had toilet tissue but no holder for it so it was sitting on counter when we arrived. The bathroom was horrible there was dirt caked up around tub and corners. My son discovered the bar for toilet tissue holder under sink on floor after the first night. The cleaners left a rag behind television and the headboards had splatter of something on them. I requested just an hour late check out because my daughter was sick to her stomach and was denied. I also need to mention that I am a travel agent and of all the Hampton I have stayed this by far was the worst! I also took pictures of everything that I was dissatisfied with!

The bed sheets smelled like fical matter, i addressed this with front desk, they tried to correct the problem (smell) but it was still on the bed. So my whole stay i had the smell of poo in my bed. On top of that thier was mold all over the wall behind the tv!!!

All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean but there was carpet tape on the floor RM303. The hotel is adjacent to a busy 6 lane highway that is very busy. Our room was on the highway side and it was not east to sleep with the traffic noise. When returning from the beach or shopping you have to turn left across three lanes of traffic (no traffic light) which is very challenging especially during rush hour.

3 stars because the bed and pillows were horrible. Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean, including the bathtub being one of the cleanest I’ve seen, so much so I actually let my toddler take a bath instead of making her stand the whole time. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not even just an issue of being too firm. Could tell it was an old mattress. Pillows were also horrible and one smelled like a wet dog. Would not stay here again unless they had new mattresses. Hubby could barely get out of bed next morning, and we’re in our 30’s 😳

Room was nice size but very damp Even clothes in closet were damp. Told staff at desk and were told they'd look into it. No change. 3 days there, all the same. Even bathroom tile was slippery as a result. Otherwise room okay, breakfast good. No room housekeeping unless you are there for 4 nights.

This hotel was excellent from check in to check out. It is only about 10 minutes from the beaches and restaurants!! The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable and quiet! The breakfast was delicious !! We will stay here again !!

The room was ok. My husband really like the shower as it was easy to get in out of. A major highway is right next to the hotel so you can never keep the curtains open and yiu aleays here the road and traffic. We arrived and hour early and went to see if by chance we could checknin. No, our room was not ready. Our room was suppose to be ready at 3. We left and came back to check in and it was still not ready. We were told another 30 mins or so. Other than issues trying to check in and the constant traffic noise. It was an ok hotel.

The African American female at the desk gave the best customer service interactions i have ever had at a hotel ever. I watched her checked in a group of about 30, with a calm, polite, friendly and interactive attitude.Credit to all the front desk workers. The young lady in the breakfast area was also amazing, very polite and respectful. She works very hard with a smile on her face everytime. The overall staff on my visit was amazing...

Place was nice…but when you come home from the beach you want a shower..which requires towels soap and shampoo…ours was out. Went to front desk they said towels were drying…gave me 4 one oz bottles for 2 adults and 3 kids. Asked for shampoo got 3 1 oz bottles for 2 adults and 3 kids. Had to go back for towels and haggle clerk for them and in turn wanted me to bring him our dirty towels…that was a big negative as I don’t work there but was paying them to stay there. No maid service for first 2 days. Again the place was clean but the service was horrible.

We were locked out of our room 4 different days. The housekeepers walked in because they said we were marked as checking out. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING THERE to anyone. Nothing in the market that is advertised with the hotel. Very misleading.

The hotel was a great location for our needs, about a 10 min drive to Pensacola beach. Quiet and clean. Decent breakfast choices. 2 minor issues were smaller parking lot but that could just be due to holiday weekend. Also shower didn’t have any body wash and drained super slowly and appeared to be clogged. Would stay here again however so not big enough problems to cause us not to return.

This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It is 10 minutes from Pensacola beach, and more affordable than the hotels right on the beach. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Chick Fil A right down the street. The only issue I had, was I didn't much like the scrambled eggs offered at breakfast. But the sausage, potatoes and waffle maker were really good

Well, it may be near the water. It’s not near a beach. It’s a view of the bay. The pool is very tiny and very close to the street. Nothing is really walkable. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff is wonderful. I’d like to thank Melissa.

The breakfast was from poor to none. They were missing a lot of things and claimed that they ran out of food. Juice was also limited. The front desk people did care much about the complaints. One couple told us that the day before was worse. There was nothing at all at breakfast. Not recommended. We will find another place for our next visit to Pensacola.

The outside smelled like rotting flesh. I don’t know if it was the dumpster or the dog cans for dog poop, but it took your breathe away. The room was clean and bed was firm. Breakfast was a disappointment: out of eggs, no milk for cereal or to drink, no syrup for waffles, no muffins, no fruit, and the grits were undercooked. Needless to say, we ate breakfast elsewhere. Pathetic.
