I was on my way from GA to ND for work and this was my halfway point. As a solo female traveler, I appreciate the welcoming staff and how easy they made check-in after a long day on the road. Although is a $5 parking fee that I wasn’t expecting, I didn’t think it was unreasonable and the parking lot was well maintained and easy to navigate. The breakfast (included with the stay) was wonderful and a good way to begin another day of driving. Because I didn’t check in until late and had to leave early the next morning, I didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the other amenities but the room was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again if in the area.

Accommodations were nice because it is new, there are not many options in area. NOTE: There is a $5 parking fee - this is not for a parking garage or security, just a $5 fee, which seemed excessive considering there did not seem to be any reason for the charge other than they could. When I called after card was charged the fee, I was told it is in the policies through booking on Hotels.com site. Which it is. However, I still think it should have been mentioned when checking in, not just in the small type on a website.

Highway noise outside made it hard to sleep. No mention of needing to pay for parking until charged at check-out. Also the location of the hotel does not make sense for there to be a charge for parking. It's in a rural town.

Great stay in Wentzville! Staff were super friendly and the common areas and room were very clean. Awesome breakfast in the morning. Only downside during our stay was the intermittent downtime for the elevator that wasn't communicated to us. Otherwise we loved our stay.

I checked and was told pool closed even though I did not plan to use it put suitcase down and came back for it that evening since I ended up staying with my friend who was dying. But everything looked nice and the young lady who checked me in was very nice. Your hotel was closest to my friends. thank you

I booked this room for my parents and I don't appreciate the room not being properly cleaned. There was a dirty wash cloth still hanging over the shower head and beer bottle caps on the floor. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and have never experienced the room being dirty. I will never book a room at Fairfield again.

Staff was nice. Everything else was mediocre. Breakfast wasn’t good. Frozen pancakes that were hard around the sides to the point I couldn’t eat them and the eggs were grainy. I’ve been at better Fairfields by far. But again, staff was super nice and it was clean. Maybe not worth the almost 200 dollar price tag per night.

Over stay was great. Could offer more breakfast options, no bananas, pastries. Showers ran out of hot water but it was a busy Saturday with lots of people getting ready to go out. Rooms, lobby hallways were very clean!

We've been on the road for 12 days, was woken up by people above us. Must have poor soundproofing. Didnt have that happen to us before. Worst breakfast. Cold eggs and Turkey sausage. Most expensive place we stayed at.

When we checked in they told me there would be a $5 charge for parking that was refundable at checkout, this is not stated on the website. It was explained to keep other people from parking in the lot. Well don’t punish the customers that are PAYING to stay at your establishment. This wasn’t downtown Stlouis, but Wentzville! Upon checkout, which I assume was the manager was extremely rude, & keep saying not at this location ! My son lives in Wentzville so this location is close for me, I will not be back, you don’t treat customers that way.

Overall, the property was nice, clean and a good deal but the staff will probably keep me from coming back. I was coming to the area for a wedding and needed an early check in. I asked for 2 hours early so I would have a place to change prior to my 3 o'clock wedding. I called and was completely dumbfounded that I was abruptly told that wasn't an option. I explained my situation but was basically told I would not be able to get my room early. I had to change in a gas station bathroom. Needless to say I didn't feel I was asking for anything too out of the ordinary, but apparently I was. Wont go back nor will I book at a Fairfield Inn in the future.

Comfortable hotel with a great staff. Easy to find and close to a Walmart! Finally figured out where the thermostat was so could we didn't have to shiver all night. Breakfast was a typical hotel chain breakfast. We had to leave early 22 of our 3 nights but no other options for breakfast. I would stay there again.
