Wonderful hotel. The only issue is the parking situation. You have to check in at the front desk to get your car out of the garage and I did that but the gate wouldn't open and there was no attendant in the booth so I had to pay to get my car out when it's supposed to be free for guests.

I stay at this particular Marriott because it is close to all the family that I come to visit the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful I do not like having to park my car five floors up on the parking garage and walking back to my room by myself I feel that is not safe and whatever kind of deodorizer air freshener I'm not sure what it is but every time I'm at this property my asthma acts up it's a very strong smell the minute you walk through the sliding glass doors

Pros: beautiful room, easy check in and check out, huge lobby, lots of towels, bed comfortable, pillows good, staff very kind Cons: pricey, small parking lot (then you have to park on parking garage),

Our stay was from 1/424 - 1/7/24 room #224 did not have hot water for 1 and half days of our stay. Courtyard knew there was a hot water issue and the pool and spa were out of order due to hot water issue. But courtyard chose to rent rooms in the affected area anyway. Maybe they should not have rented any rooms while this hot issue was going on. IMO, Courtyard owes a partial refund because of this hot issue. DM

This property is beautiful! The employees were all very friendly. Our only problem was the pool heater was broken and so was the hot tub.we could use the pool If we didn’t mind the 70 degrees water, but we would need to make an appointment. We didn’t want to swim in a cold pool so we declined. But it is ridiculous to have to make a reservation to go swimming.

The property was very nice and enjoyable! The only complaint i have is that you have thw pool hours posted all over to close at 11pm and when we went to use it, a sign with different hours was posted on the door and that was very disappointing for myself and my family. That was not acceptable. Change your hours on all your signs if that's what you're going to do. Not good!

Overall, it was good. I am not confident in how clean our room was as there was a wine glass with lipstick on it when we checked in. The room also did not have great ventilation. It often felt very humid, heavy. We actually just started leaving the window open to let out the shower steam and get some fresh air circulating in. Staff had to multitask many roles, but did well doing it.

Room 310. The bathroom floor was dirty and I had a horrible nights rest. I woke up with bug bites on my face, neck, arms and legs. I showed the showed the front desk and handed him a comment sheet. The clerk noted that they haven’t had bugs in a while and he will have the Manager contact me. I’ve never stayed at a Marriott with bedbugs. This was completely unacceptable. I still have marks on my arms over two weeks later. Something needs to be done and I should receive a refund.

Usually things are seamless but this visit had a lot of hiccups. I called in advance to add my daughter to the reservation - despite repeated calls could not reach anyone at the hotel. I had no conditioner in my room The shower pressure was so light it took forever to shower. Stay here three nights while on a business trip. Hotel was clean and well located near restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only negative was when ordering breakfast. They only had one poor lady taking order and heating up food (Breakfast is similar to a Starbuck experience), so the wait to place a drink and food order in the morning can take way toooo long, especially if you need to get on the road quickly. They really need to have two or three staff supporting breakfast requests.
