Stayed 1 night

To be honest, it was the nastiest hotel room I have ever stayed in or would have stayed in which is the reason why the wife and I left after 5 minutes of being in that room. I am a traveling worker and have never seen anything like that. The night shift manager was supposed to get back a hold of me. To give me a full refund, and it has been three weeks, and i've heard nothing back from them. So yes, the reviews are not very good for this place.

Our room appeared clean, but there was a large false eyelash on the floor between the beds, under the bedside “table” that should have been spotted and vacuumed up. The shower curtain and shower wall both had black stuff on it. There are no ambient lights, even for bedside. There is a very bright strip of lights over the beds, like an interrogation room. The tv is sitting on the desk which leaves no room to use the desk. And there is an empty wall mount behind it. The vending machine on our floor was completely empty and the ice machine broken. The ladies room in the lobby does not lock. The breakfast was fine and plentiful, but they turn off the water and nothing is available after 9:30. Which is weird. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Stayed 1 night

When we arrived to check in we were informed that there was a “glitch” and that the room we booked was not available. It was late and we were tired, so we took the room with one bed and a sofa bed, which was less than ideal. We waited more than an hour for linens for the sofa bed, because they had to do laundry to have them for all of the people who needed them. They have no bottled water in the lobby or for sale. The overall experience was just fine, not the worst only because the room was dated, but clean. I will also mention, although in a terrible spot having to explain all of the issues, the young man at the desk was wonderfully polite and apologetic for what happened. I would have loved to love this property, but it was just ok.
