I will stay at this nearly perfect little motel every time I make a trip on I-90. It’s a beautifully restored courtyard motel from the heyday of auto travel. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, there was even a dining table (which was so nice to have), and everything was new and clean and fresh. There was fresh paint inside and out, the sheets were thick and cottony. You could pay double and not find as nice a room. I could have happily stayed a week. You can park right outside your door, but the courtyard configuration creates a friendly and safe atmosphere. The best thing about our stay was the fact that the owners were so welcoming and were right there making sure everything was perfect. And it was, it absolutely was a lovely example of old-fashioned hospitality. (I just read over my review and it sounds a little gushy, but I absolutely mean every word. Highly recommended.)

This hotel is a hidden little gem. It was far enough away from the main highway to be very quiet at night. The room was very clean and well supplied. The check-in was fast and easy and very friendly. Great shower and hot water, comfortable bed, extra blanket, TV with tons of channels, parking right outside our room..really, everything needed for an overnight stay. We would return and recommend.

It was perfect for our last minute trip to the Gorge. Very accommodating owner. We were an end unit where it looks like the fence needs some extra attention, but overall, we were completely satisfied! The shower was nice and hot and great water pressure. We would stay again!

It's nice to see an original mid-century property to be in this good of condition. The website pictures are accurate. Rooms have been mostly updated and the property in general seems well cared for. Security cameras are installed all around. The area is fairly quiet except for the occasional street racer going by in early evening. The proprietor is quite friendly and engaging. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in the Moses Lake area. Clean, classic motel with parking near your room. Actively managed by the owner. Affordable and and not sitting right on I90 so traffic noise quits at a reasonable hour. Enjoy!

Very clean comfortable and friendliest service ever. Upgraded room and provided beverage so we didn’t have to walk. Accommodated parking for our 60’ trailer/truck in parking lot next to office. Highly recommend. Keep up the fantastic service. Cheers!

Checkin was smooth. Very friendly and accomodating staff. All rooms have a space to park out front and rooms are all ground floor no climbing stairs like alot of motels. Would recommend this place. The lake and dowtown main area are only a 20 min walk to so great location for a good price. They recently refurbished the rooms too and they are decorated lovely and very clean.
Checkin was smooth. Very friendly and accomodating staff. All rooms have a space to park out front and rooms are all ground floor no climbing stairs like alot of motels. Would recommend this place. The lake and dowtown main area are only a 20 min walk to so great location for a good price. They recently refurbished the rooms too and they are decorated lovely and very clean.

Overall pretty happy. Clean room but there were some tiny ants cruising around on the bathroom floor. I had to ask for the room to be made up the next day. Coffee pot, but no coffee. I would probably stay there again.

Our room was exceptionally clean and looked very nice, updated and remodeled. Everything was in good repair, and the room smelled good. We arrived around midnight, and the front desk man, the owner, was extremely welcoming and kind. It’s an older drive-up motel, and when we pulled up, I had doubts, but I was very pleasantly surprised, I recommend 10/10.

Room for improvement: although bed/sheets and room in general were clean, lots of needed detail cleaning; bathroom door, window tracks, etc need deep cleaning. New tv, clean room, clean bathroom, good air conditioning, new bedding. Friendly staff 👍, quiet rooms. I work nights and the daily noise was undetectable. Can’t beat the price and quality. I highly recommend Sage and Sand in Moses lake!

Most things were fine, however the shower was terrible. Lots of calcification on the shower head and water was shooting out the back of the shower head. Also the main LED light burned out during my stay.

David is wonderful. He’s taken great care of my husband while he’s there for work and made sure that he had everything he needed. David even let me have things shipped directly to him that were needed for my husbands work and made sure that he got them. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a value property. There is nothing flashy or glitzy about it, but it is clean, it is quiet and it is comfortable enough, especially given the good price. I stayed for 2 weeks on work. But the owner made me feel quite uncomfortable, chasing me asking me for "10/10 on Expedia!" Every interaction I had with him, he was literally asking me to open my email in front of him and complete the rating. It was awkward, uncomfortable and unprofessional. Request the rating once and leave it at that.

This is an all around great place and definitely one of the best I've stayed at in this price range. The rooms are very clean, the owners very friendly and hospitable, and the overall value for money is just really great. Compared to others in this price range like your Motel 6s, this is 10 times better. Rooms are nicely decorated, TV, Wifi, AC, and all the other amenities work great, and food/shopping is right down the road as a bonus. If I somehow end up in Moses Lake again, this is where I'll stay!

Checkin was smooth. Very friendly and accomodating staff. All rooms have a space to park out front and rooms are all ground floor no climbing stairs like alot of motels. Would recommend this place. The lake and dowtown main area are only a 20 min walk to so great location for a good price. They recently refurbished the rooms too and they are decorated lovely and very clean.

Overall pretty happy. Clean room but there were some tiny ants cruising around on the bathroom floor. I had to ask for the room to be made up the next day. Coffee pot, but no coffee. I would probably stay there again.

Staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfy. The unique bar table makes best use of the space. My family enjoyed sitting by the table working, reading and dining. Water and coffee is provided in the office area. It is located close to shopping center, parks and farmer’s market. I will stay here next time I visit Moses Lake.

Owners are very kind and accommodating. Clean rooms. Only thing that would be an improvement is having in room coffee so you don’t have to wait till 7 for office to open. I’m an early riser so that was a little annoying. Will definitely stay again

A no frills,inexpensive motel. Very clean. No breakfast,no view, no coffee pot in room (airpot of coffee in reception area). Shower takes a long time to get hot water. Lots of dining options nearby. Pioneer Way is busy, but Moses Lake is a small town, so noise was not bad.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable with nice unique artwork and decor.. the shower was hot with good pressure. Bed super comfy.. the people that ran it were always around and very friendly . We would stay again.. there was a good spot to park our Rv. There is a great restaurant walking g distance named Enzo, and also a Mexican one we didn’t try. We would stay again

I stayed at this hotel while back under previous ownership. It unbelievably changed and excellent value. All unbelievably clean, updated, beds comfortable and linens excellent. Good sit down food is hard to come by in Moses Lake. The Enzo which is just down the toad one of the better .

This is a well cared for and renovated older property that was very clean and quiet. We were given an upgrade when we checked in by a most helpful and friendly person. He also told us of an excellent Indian restaurant- Aroma. I would stay here again.

Clean room that had supposedly been remodeled. Doors, fixtures, etc, were worn. Hot water took forever to get in the bathroom sink and shower. Lots of space in the room, good central location and a good "bang for the buck".

The Motel is quite basic so nothing is going to blow you away here. With that said, my room was clean, had everything I needed for a stay, and the staff were very helpful and kind, particularly David who I believe is the owner. For the price, you can't really go wrong. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a step above a motel 6. The owner was very warm and welcoming and you can tell him and his wife put a lot of work into managing this property. With that being said, we realize there may be small flaws and imperfections here and there, but knowing that only two people are taking care of the whole property, that is very impressive with how well they keep the property clean. Some amenities in this location are at the main office, where you can purchase sodas with a credit card, or you can get coffee or tea, and there is an ice maker and fresh water dispenser. We felt safe in this location and we were able to get a good night's sleep, which is all we needed for our short stay.

We stayed at this sweet little quaint hotel for one night and it was clean and comfortable. Our room was upgraded free of charge and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay at this little gem again.
