Economy Inn Beebe

What guests think

Across reviews, Economy Inn Beebe is a no‑frills stop with friendly, helpful staff and good value, offering basic, functional rooms for short stays even though the property is older, shows exterior wear, and is decidedly not fancy.

Cleanliness receives frequent praise, with many calling rooms very clean and well maintained, though a few mention isolated lapses like stained sheets or a tub needing better scrubbing. Rooms are simple and generally comfortable, but bed firmness varies, decor feels dated, and some guests notice noise due to the location. Amenities are limited—coffee may require a request—and several reviews describe smooth, quick check‑in alongside occasional disputes over deposits or refunds. Expect an affordable, basic stay focused on practicality.

Quaint, cozy, and clean! Nice hot water and comfy bed. All rooms are on one level so no stairs. They tidy up and bring fresh towels each day. Only complaint is that our remote only turned on the TV and changed the volume, so we were stuck watching PBS the whole time.

The motel is a no nonsense basic property. Although, it may not be a 4 star, it served it's purpose. It was clean and was close to shopping and eating venues that surrounded the motel. The only thing I thought odd, was having to ask for a coffee pot for our room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. i would stay here again.

For a place to get a shower and stay the night, this place is quite adequate. Don’t get me wrong. It was clean, relatively convenient, and relatively inexpensive. It was EXACTLY what I needed. It’s just not ritzy. The exteriors of the buildings are worn and scarred by age. Although the room layout was a little strange, it had everything I needed… and more.

I've stayed at a number of roadside motels in my life, and I have to say this was probably the cleanest one I have stayed at. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick stay. Staff was very friendly, shower worked really well, and the AC cooled the room very well. What more could you ask for?

The only thing keeping this from a five-star rating across the board was a dripping faucet, and stains on the sheets. Otherwise, we really liked the staff and found the property to be very accommodating and perfect for our needs

The bed was hard as a rock. The bathtub appeared to have been sanitized but not scrubbed. The rooms were small and cramped. I didn’t feel the property had been accurately represented on the website page. In reality it looked rundown. I wouldn’t have chosen it. It was confusing trying to make the reservation. The owners/managers were helpful with that. I appreciated their help with that issue.

My experience was horrible. There was roaches and bed bugs in the bed when I pulled the covers back. I asked the owner for another room he declined and told me to contact Expedia. After calling he wouldn’t approve my refund and made me call Expedia back and tell them that it wasn’t bed bugs it was just roaches. If I did not call back he wouldn’t give me my cash deposit back. When Expedia tried to call he just sat there and wouldn’t answer the phone. He refused my refund to Expedia.
