What guests think

At Camilla Inn & Suites, reviews often praise clean rooms, but others describe serious maintenance and hygiene issues—including leaking or damaged ceilings, pests, stains, and worn fixtures—so overall impressions vary significantly from one room to another.

Many guests compliment the friendly, accommodating staff and easy check-in. Rooms are described as basic but sometimes comfortable or spacious, with a few noting quiet surroundings. Conversely, several reviews mention dated appliances, weak air conditioning, plumbing problems, and other repair needs. Expect simple budget lodging with inconsistent upkeep.

Staff was extremely nice. We loved our room. It was clean and we received house keeping every day we stayed. For the price, we would give 10 stars if we could. Pleasantly surprised.

Although the staff at the motel were helpful and our room was adequate and clean, there were no dining options, motel upkeep was poor and appeared to be a homeless motel. Adequate for the one night stay we needed but certainly not a 7.4/10 as rated on Expedia. More of a 1-2 out of 10 rating due to the poor upkeep of the property and clientele in adjacent rooms.

This motel should be condemned. The property was filthy with spider/cobwebs in every corner as well as above the entry door and across the mirrors. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. I had to take a shower with my rubber shoes on. Housekeeping knocked on the door quite aggressively when we weren’t even checking out yet, which was puzzling, considering the condition of the room did not display any urgency in its cleanliness. The $30 hold for incidentals turned into a charge which has still not been refunded. Horrible experience!

The microwave and fridge was rusty and old. The shower kept getting stopped up and the air barely worked. But at least we didn’t have bugs and the bed was half decent.
