This was our first visit to this property. I liked the room layout and the bed was comfortable. The shower grout was dingy and appeared dirty. The shampoo dispenser had fallen off the wall and was lying in the shower. The first night the fire alarm went off twice and it was attributed to the elevator, which led to a poor night’s sleep. The staff were marginally empathetic and nothing (like a complementary cup of coffee) was offered.The price and location were good and I’d consider going back and trying a second time.

Easy access from parking lot. Friendly, efficient staff. Very nice, clean room and comfortable bed. Would have liked access to an easy cup of coffee in the morning (other than the room coffee maker and the Starbucks available with assistance in the lobby), but otherwise a great stay!

Overall stay was good. Unfortunately do to extreme weather, a pipe burst down the the hall from our room. Expect for the fire alarm wake up call at 2am, which I can’t blame the hotel for, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean but the hallways and outside area had trash and dirty carpet. We had a 4 day stay and eventhough I mentioned the dirty hallways and elevators to the front desk, they were not vacuumed or cleaned during our stay. The pillows were also very soft and lumpy. The staff at the bistro were very friendly and helpful.

Our room smelled like a locker room. Foul. The thermostat was set at 80 degrees. Thank goodness the window opened, but even 24 hours never really cleared out the smell. Ground up crackers near the sofa, on the floor. Unmatched tired looking loveseat. Bathroom floor dirty. Sheets put on inside out. Marks on the walls. Will not recommend your hotel to anyone. We wasted our money, and it ruined our get away weekend.

Hotel room was pretty dirty. There was a dried blood stain on the shower curtain and dirt built up in every corner. There were a couple hockey teams spending the weekend while we were there. Parents and hotel staff allowed the kids to run up and down the hallways, slamming doors and screaming, until 1AM. I purposely chose this hotel because of the higher prices, thinking that it would equate to quality, but was very wrong.

They never cleaned our room one time during our 4 night stay. When I approached the manager he said it should have been cleaned on day 2. I told him it wasn't. He shrugged his shoulders and printed my receipt for $700 and handed it to me. Never again.

Couldn’t adjust the room temperature and heater fan ran continuously. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. Systems were old and due to be replaced. Had to sleep on the far side of the bed so I didn’t have cool air blowing in me all night.

Beds in room were not comfortable. Towels were not changed out, I went down at 10 pm to get fresh towels. Evening front desk staff very nice and accommodating, check out asked about stay and I said nothing about towels, but did state beds were not comfortable. I felt the clerk became defensive and she told me, “that is your opinion beds are a personal thing and most people like them”. I said ok but you asked I travel a lot and stay in many chain hotels, that was my comparison. She again stated it is not what she usually hears and dismissed my comment. Customer service from her was the only negative experience.

This hotel is not up to the standard. This is highly rated hotel in Expedia but I don’t see that stands in room. Checkin was terrible as front desk told me they can only see one room confirmed from expedia. Hotel reception gave another room and billed on my credit card. I called customer service and explained the issue. Expedia customer service called hotel and explained the situations s then hotel found second room. Hotel made us to switch to another room which is booked through Expedia again. Hotel told me they refunded the room charge what they billed on my card

The room was amazing! Like a little apartment away from home! Bed was nice, but i needed more pillows. Cafe was a bit pricey, ordered doordash instead. If you stay, go down the street to Mars!! Great experience in the little town!

I checked in and they ran my credit card for the full purchase instead of an incidental charge. They said it wasn't showing me the room was paid for. Finally he decided to check the hotel email which should have been checked prior since I paid three days before check in. It was embarrassing at the desk. Our room had crumbs all over the floor and our shower didn't have a door on it. Very disappointing experience. The parking lot was full of mobile storage units and we couldn't find a parking space. There were families in for a hockey tournament and kids were running the halls. We have stayed at the Marriott on the same property and never had an issue.

It was very disappointing to find out we did not have a breakfast included . The “Bistro” was expensive and not worth the price. Our room had a very old couch which was difficult to get out of. Around the edge of the shower wall, there appeared to be black spots which could be black mold. Hope they look into getting rid of it. Adding a grab bar could be helpful too.
